We found everything perfect and above our expectations. The bed was super comfortable, spacious and the pillows were really great (there were two, one softer and one harder). the bathtub was giant and luxurious, it could hold easily two people facing each other without touching themselves. Everything was clean and well kept. The view was stunning. The room was just as in the pictures

Fantastic location being central to many tourist hotspots in Chongqing. Friendly service, clean room with great amenities and an amazing view, my only complaint is that I wish we stayed longer! Definitely recommend others to stay and will definitely be coming back! 😊

We had an excellent stay at Xinxin hotel. The view was incredible and the location so convenient. When I come back to Chongqing I will definitely stay here again. Receptionists were very helpful and even wash our clothes for us. 10/10

The hotel room is very beautiful. It is centrally located. However nobody in the hotel speaks English. All the communications they sent me were in chinese, and they didn’t even try to auto-translate them. Also staff never smiled once.

I loved the location so much and the front desk staff were amazing, (Sweet) even though they don’t speak english we communicated well through wechat and translate and they also helped me top up my alipay. The cleaning of the room everyday was great and I would definitely stay again for the price and location and staff!

Overall stay was great..the staff were polite and willing to help. There is free laundry service too. But do expect a queue. It's only possible if you're not in a rush to get your clothes back. The lift is real slow because of the high level you will be staying at. It's an apartment in a hotel, xinhua international. So might be confusing to find because you wont see S.island's sign outside of the building. the view is good but somehow the vibe of the place can't feel it. But location is sure good with tons of food place. Walking distance from jiefangbei, hongyadong and many more depends how much you can walk. There is many park and running track too.
