We are very sorry about the bad mold smell upon entering the apartment and the water leakage issue from the bathtub. Our maintenance team will address these problems immediately.We also recognize the poor condition of the floor and the inconvenience caused by the disposable towels that don't function well and the shortage of towels for daily use. We will work on improving these aspects.The noise in the morning is indeed an issue that needs to be resolved, and we'll look into ways to reduce it.
