This is my second review. I am very happy with my stay. They provide porridge every day between 9pm-11pm which saves me the hassle to go out when I'm hungry hehe.

Atour hotel, though a local brand, was surprisingly an excellent hotel, with great cleanliness, good breakfast, superb bed with comfortable pillow. Overall this hotel is highly recommended. However, there's only 1 setback : 2 lifts serving hotel guests are just insufficient. Lift motion is slow. There's long queue during peak hours which can be frustrating. What made it worst is that the 2 lifts were also used by staff moving large trolley of rooms items where a staff service lift is usually being used in other hotel not under the eyes of guests. Even the robot also using the same 2 lifts. Management should seriously looks into this to improve the situation. Thank you. Rgds / Allan Chew

Good location as hotel is just across the street from the subway station. It’s within walking distance to downtown. No issues with getting the elevator. Breakfast has lots of varieties. Love the fresh made noodles. Room is clean. Front desk staff are super helpful.

Nice hotel, the room is clean, breakfast is nice, service is good. I stayed there in the weekend, a bit crowdy when having breakfast, but still manage to get a seat easily.

Absolutely centrally located. Two subway stops within 250 m. Rooms with fantastic views. The best laundry room ever, many machines and an attendant who looks after them all the time. I forgot my clothes in the washing machine and the next morning I found them hanging at the door knob of my room. Great breakfast. 100 recommended.

The hotel stay at Atour was very comfortable. Service was good. There is free laundry service and we do not have to stay in the laundry room to wait as there are staff to help us with the laundry. We also were able to arrange for a late checkout up to 6pm because we had a late flight. There is also free supper from 9.30pm to 11pm daily. The location is also very good. The only downside is that the elevators are rather slow.

Perfect location, very central. The design of the room and reception area was very contemporary and modern, but also cosy. I don't speak Chinese but the front desk staff were very accommodating, even allowing me to check in earlier as I arrived earlier than expected. Would stay at an Atour hotel again.

The hotel's location is near subway and raffles city mall. The room is big enough for 3 adults. The breakfast option is limited, yet everything is okay to my taste. The staff is kind but no one can speak English, so prepare your translator app if you need to talk to the staff. One thing I wish, there's English translation in noodle bar. It would be helpful for non-Mandarin speakers to know the menu. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is strategic.. exit from 4b of XiaoShiZi. Laundry service is good and helpful. Late checkout at 3pm is much appreciated.
