Kyriad Marvelous Hotel （Chongqing North Railway Station） recensioner

Only 15 minutes walk to Chonging North raiway station. Close to morning wet market.

Super convenient! It’s directly opposite the railway station and we are pleasantlyn surprise by the breakfast spread.

Overall the hotel is quite good, but they have 1 problem which is the air conditioning. Throughout the night we were not able to sleep too well because it is quite stuffy and hot at night. We called the receptionist and the solution is to open the window. The room becomes a little bit cooler but now the sound from outside is very distracting so it just causes another issue. Other than that the hotel itself is fine, quite clean and good service.

The hotel website says there are non-smoking rooms; however, it's NOT the case when we get to the hotel. All rooms are for smoking and people smoke everywhere in the hotel. Very awful.

I want to note that althought this hotel has available on trip com non-smoking rooms, none of the rooms are actually non-smoking. Because this is problematic for me, I needed to cancel the rest of my reservation. The front desk was helpful in helping me do this so I appreciate their service.

A nice and practical hotel if you are travelling via Chongqing.

想着是連鎖酒店預訂，大失所望。印象深刻的就是隨處可見的毛髮，居然早餐也有毛髮。服務冷漠，幾次路過大堂完全沒反映，更別説問好，打電話給前台很久未接，處理問題也很慢，馬桶蓋也是鬆動可移動的。明顯的感受到酒店管理有問題。酒店設施老舊，感覺是其他老酒店改的凱里亞德吧。值得點讚的是房間放了四瓶水。

第一次來住就被圈粉！房間沒異味，設施看着新，前台服務熱情周到貼心。周圍美食超多，前台小哥推薦的火鍋很好吃，性價比也很高離地鐵站也很近，性價比真的絕！

這家酒店真是出乎意料的棒！從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就感受到了温馨而專業的服務。房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格現代而舒適，床品和衞生用品都非常乾淨、品質上乘。酒店的早餐種類豐富，新鮮美味，讓人印象深刻。地理位置也很優越，周邊交通便捷，購物、餐飲選擇多樣。特別值得一提的是，酒店的工作人員都非常友好，樂於助人，讓整個住宿體驗更加愉快。強烈推薦給正在尋找高品質住宿體驗的朋友們！

第幾次來這裏住了，前台的服務人員都很熱情，給我感覺是像回家了一樣，餐廳的早餐也很不錯，地理位置也特別好，離北站很近

酒店前台的小哥哥小姐姐非常熱情喲，客房阿姨也非常的熱情，打掃衞生不管哪個角落都打掃的乾淨，房間乾淨温馨，酒店位置優越，房間價格也很實惠，性價比高，實施齊全，早餐豐富，服務細緻周到。強烈推薦👍%

環境挺安靜的，交通方便，北站出來很近，步行幾分鐘就到。酒店早餐也不錯，工作人員服務熱情，下次出差還選這裏，好評！！！！！！
