The view and location is exceptional. Room is spacious, tidy but not very clean (when compared to real hotel ). In fact it's not a real hotel, it's just a commercial building converted to some kind of hotel. So you shouldn't expect any hotel like service. But all in all, value for money.

Super large room with floor to ceiling windows, river view and landmark view (from picture). Perfect location right in the main central area. Reception staff is also friendly and available! Will stay again next time

The hotel is very well located right outside the subway station. It's difficult to find though as it is in a building with many other hotels. The staff was friendly but not very efficient. There's a lot of noise outside during the night. Room could be cleaner.

We stayed another hotel at same building and moved to ouchen. Compare to other hotel at same building, ouchen hotel condition was very poor. Smoking smell and room condition was not same as picture. I complained hotel with smoking smell in the room and the staff said all the room and non smoking room but there were two ashtrays in the room 🤣

I stayed in the 270° Two Rivers Surrounding View LOFT Two-Bedroom River-View Family Suite on the 27th floor, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, offering a panoramic view of Jiangbei and the rivers. The hotel’s location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again!

More like a business hotel with no amenities, the amenities shown on the listing are incorrect. The office building housed many hotels management, only the same floor already has 4 hotel managements. We were given 'upgraded room' as I noticed the room I booked no longer appeared on the listing. The room looks great however a few downside that makes the stay downgraded. 1. Both toilets have very awful smells even after complained and was cleaned. 2. The projector receiver on the top of the screen almost dropped, and it doesn't have free channels to watch, all required payment or membership. 3. The air-conditioning was pre-set to warm, making the room very stuffy even during winter. 4. Fridge is spoiled and can't be replaced. Staff suggest to store our goods in the fridge at the front desk, quite ridiculous. 5. Opposite building is under construction, so it can be slightly noisy even at night. Nevertheless staffs are friendly and reply swiftly. Even they have offered a room change, the room is smaller and has only one bathroom at downstairs, which makes it very inconvenient to us, so we decided to stay in the same room.

端午前夕入住這家朝天門酒店，簡直挖到寶了！性價比超高，一百多就能住到江景房，學生黨狂喜！前台小哥哥小姐姐熱情到像家人，不僅耐心解答我的各種問題，還貼心送上超可愛的伴手禮，掛在書包上回頭率拉滿～房間乾淨到能反光，還驚喜發現贈送的可樂雪碧，直接實現快樂水自由！晚上拉開窗簾，璀璨江景撲面而來，震撼得説不出話！周邊交通超方便，去哪都不費勁。唯一小遺憾是端午下雨打亂行程，本來打算續住再好好玩，衹能提前返程了。下次來重慶，一定還住這兒！強烈推薦給大家！

這次住得挺滿意！房間的設施很給力，超大落地窗看江景特別美，投影儀效果清晰，晚上看電影很過癮，衞生整體挺乾淨，床品清爽沒異味，服務必須誇一下！前台小哥態度超好，主動介紹附近吃喝攻略，遇到問題找他們迴應也很快。總體性價比不錯，適合想住得舒服又愛看景的懶人黨，下次來重慶還會選這兒！
