The hotel is located right across from Raffles City, with easy access to the subway station. Nice room with stunning views. The staff member Feifei provided attentive and enthusiastic service. Breakfast could be improved.

My friends and I stayed at the twin bedroom suite and I can say this has been my best and favourite accommodation I have ever stayed. The suite just looks as described in the photos. Location is a great spot just opposite the Raffles City Shopping Centre, and close to Jiefangbei. Room was always kept clean, and amenities were stocked up. Reception staff were always kind and responsive. I particularly enjoyed the amazing night views, the included projector in front of the beds, and the free laundry services. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a happy and relaxing stay in Chongqing.

The hotel room is impressively spacious, featuring two storeys with a bed on the upper level. The view overlooking Raffles City is excellent. However, the room is poorly maintained — the wallpaper is moldy, and there is a strong, unpleasant odor due to high humidity. Although I initially booked a two-night stay, I had to cancel the second night as the smell was unbearable.

The building was enormous, housing multiple hotels that were surprisingly well-organized. The room loft style offered incredibly spacious accommodations with two bathrooms, though the cleanliness of the windows and other amenities could be improved.
The shared gym was spacious enough and often empty. The laundry facilities were not easily accessible but were still useful despite the high demand.
The staff, while not very well-versed in English, were incredibly helpful.
However, I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast if you’re looking for a variety of dishes and an ample selection of beverages.

Very nice room and clean with good decoration
Near to most of attractions
Staff are friendly and try to help as much as possible, there’s language barrier but with translation everything solved.
Breakfast options very limited and most are Chinese food; it’s good to include Arabic /Westerns food

We travelled as a family of 2 adults and 3 teens. The room and bed were big enough for us to sleep comfortably.
The subway is just next to the hotel, and we loved to go shopping at the wholesalers next to the hotel.
The concierge was helpful and responsive to all of our questions. The view in front 9f our window was amazing.
