The room is so clean and new, close to taiping road and penshuichi station , but you should follow the exit H , then pass the exit H , go straight about 200 m and turn right , then go up to the road at the exit C2 the hotel is next to the OPPO shop , and the elevator to the hotel is in the luckin coffee We get the room upgrade here, with 3 soft drinks everyday, breakfast is variety of choices , helpful and friendly staff, so convenient to stay here a lot.

Best location. 3 min walk to quality supermarket. Art center, Goeseongru, Hongae, etc. are all within walking distance. 16th and 18th floors.

I have a great stay here. My check in was good even at 1 am. Staff do no speak much English but we can still use google translate with e sim china. Wifi will not let you use Youtube or Google, it happened in china so better share your sim card data plan to do it.

Expected a clean and new hotel as it was builded year 2023. However, we got dust mites allergy and rashes over the skin during the stay. Not recommended if you are concern about hygiene issues. We noticed cookie crumbs on the floor when we checked in, and they remained there until we checked out at the 3rd day. Toilet glass door are all open, they does not reach the ceiling. And, the queen bed is placed just next to the toilet. It's too awkward when using the toilet bowl.

Svar från boendet: 尊敬的賓客，您好! 看到您對小至的點評！小至感到非常的抱歉及痛心，對您入住時帶來了不好的體驗非常抱歉。酒店已經開業2年左右的時間，對於房間的設施設備我們也一直嚴格把控。酒店位於解放碑商圈，交通便利，步行解放碑，洪崖洞，八一好吃街5分鐘皆可到達。您提到有過敏的反應，重慶進來天氣慢慢變熱，蚊蟲漸漸變多，房間我們也是配備了驅蚊液，我們酒店的客房用品都是經過嚴格的消毒清洗，一客一換。這一點小至可以做出保證，再您入住期間，有任何問題都可以和我們24小時在線小管家反應，我們會及時為您解決。您提到的餅乾屑的問題，我們也找到了負責您房間衞生的阿姨，再您入住期間，前兩天是沒有做續房打掃的，衹有最後一天為您做了續房衞生，對於阿姨做續房衞生沒有到位的情況，我們也對阿姨進行的處罰和批評，今後我們也會加強這方便的管理和監督。酒店房間的設計，確實是無法避免的，您的建議小至也會向公司反應，看能否再今後整修的時候進行從新設計，洗手間雖然是透明的，但是我們是做了防窺膜處理的，每個人的生活習慣略有不同，給您帶來的不便，小至再次為您做出抱歉！也希望給小至一次更正的機會，再今後的管理和服務上我們也會更加的嚴謹，期待您再次的光臨！

The hotel interior design is modern and nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything looks good, nightview is pretty good. Location very central and close to station. The only negative issue I had, was with in the morning when the noise from the cars and their horns wake you up. The sound proof between rooms is good, but even with windows closed. The noise from the car horns in the early morning is annoying.
