The Hotel location is excellent. it is directly linked to the Raffles City Mall by way of the subway link and the subway station downstairs is very convenient and fast. Hongyadong and Jiefangbei are all within walking distance. The hotel room is clean with modern sanitation. The front line service staff are very good and patiently solved our needs. The equipment and facilities in the room are also complete with disposable toilet cover and bathtub cover. I will definitely stay in this hotel again the next time I come to Chongqing. I would Ike to especially commend Kathy of the front desk for her help during my stay.

Great hotel. Lobby is on 21th Floor. Location is superb. Just above the metro, opposite from huge shopping mall (Raffles City). Tourist attractions can be reached by walking. Room was exactly like on the photos. Amazing view. Staff tried their best to talk in English. Just one thing that bothered me was: If I press the DND (do not disturb) button, it means I don’t want any room service. No cleaning. But they came into the room twice, even it was red light and set to DND. The cleaning stuff don’t understand the concept of “do not disturb”? Besides this, everything was great. I would definitely stay again.

Our 2 duplex suites are located on the 35&36 floor respectively with a great panorama view of the rivers. There's a great food court and the #5 line metro station located in the basement- making the hotel easy to reach and excellent for any kind of travelers. Hotel is walking distance to the Jiefangbei Square, the Raffles Square; and close to many local attractions and restaurants. The suites are clean and well appointed; one even included a treadmill and an exercise bike. We highly recommend the hotel for family and business travelers. We will definitely stay here again for our future Chongqing visits 👍👍👍👍👍

My stay at this hotel was quite a mixed experience. The hotel shares the building with several others hotel. When we went to check in, there were two reception counters on the same level for different hotels. In addition, one level can have multiple hotel rooms belonging to different hotels, each with its own style. The ongoing renovations in other parts of the building added to the noise and disruption. Navigating to the rooms was a bit complicated, involving changing 2 lifts from the ground floor. On the positive side, the loft room offered a nice view, and the nearby shops and eateries made for a convenient location. However, the toilet in the room had some flushing issues but the staff were very helpful and responsive which was greatly appreciated!

Amazing location, just opposite to Raffles square which is one of the main tourist attractions in Chongqing. The subway is just below the hotel and is surrounded by many options for food. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. Clean and spacious. Great service.For the price its worth it.
