Good location near monument, good service, night shift staff can communicate in english, clean and good smell (no smoking room)

Staying for four nights with friend. This hotel provided self service laundry with detergent and dryer on 21st floor including iron and iron board. Housekeeping doing cleaning and change towel everyday. Complaining about temperature aircond in the room and they offerred to changed other room. Really fast action and solution. Nearby to Tianfu Square Metro Station, Chengdu Museum, halal food street nearby Huangcheng Mosque. Location really close to attraction places. Definitely will recommended to others.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The hotel is excellent, with a strategic location that makes it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist, which added to the pleasant stay. One small downside was that, on the first day, there was some roadwork near the hotel, which made it a bit noisy. However, this was a temporary issue, and the rest of the stay was enjoyable. One of the best parts was how convenient everything felt—meals were just a quick trip downstairs. During New Year’s Eve, staying at the hotel was even more fun. You could simply step outside to join the festivities and welcome the new year. The hotel is also a great choice for foreigners, as the staff are accommodating and the location makes it easy to explore the city. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

這次入住體驗超棒！酒店位置絕佳，周邊交通便利，商圈環繞。房間整潔明亮，床品柔軟舒適，細節處盡顯品質。工作人員熱情周到，從入住到離店全程貼心服務。早餐種類豐富，中西式搭配合理。性價比超高，下次還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！（特別喜歡前台服務的小姐姐特別好！）

房間靠近樓梯口，首先這個酒店前台説本酒店所有大床房都在電梯口樓梯口，所以要入住本酒店大床房的慎重考慮。 設施：一般設施都有。中央空調聲音有點大，製冷效果還可以，不算老舊。 衞生：但房間衞生一般，枕頭上面有一坨乾的臟東西，不知道是什麼，説明本酒店打掃衞生敷衍。 環境：周邊屬於渝中區商圈地帶，吃飯的地方還可以。 服務：服務態度也還行。

服務特別好，洗衣房也很乾凈。希望下次入住時儘量安排不同客人在間隔的房間入住。 隔壁衞生間在使用水的時候睡眠淺的人還是有影響的。 另外我因為攜程會員提供的14點退房但是房卡在12點後就無法使用了。雖然偶遇了員工很快核對訊息後幫我們刷開房門但還是覺得很不專業。

到店後，店家幫我們免費升級外窗大床房，出乎預料房間整潔乾淨，地段處於市中心，出去遊玩都很方便，因為入住後感覺體驗感非常好，所以我們把後面其他旅館的房間退訂後，有延續了2天，以後有機會還來住，阿姨每天都有幫我們打掃衞生，晚上睡覺也很安靜。
