It was noisy and the washroom there was soap so they didn’t clean well. Would not stay here again but I most say they had good customer service . Thank u for that

Our stay in Chongqing had its ups and downs. Although the hotel is technically close to one subway station, it was under renovation during our visit, which was a bit inconvenient as we had to walk to the next closest station—which wasn’t as close as we’d hoped. We also booked a non-smoking area, but unfortunately, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, which was disappointing. The staff was very friendly, but there was an incident where they accidentally gave us a key to another guest's room. We entered, and shortly after, the other couple entered as well. It was an uncomfortable moment, especially since we didn’t speak the language, and they understandably thought we were intruding. Thankfully, the situation was resolved quickly, but it was quite awkward. On a positive note, the breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed that aspect of our stay.

The location was good, full with eateries nearby. Only 10 min walk from metro station, room are narrow, some odour in the room. A little dated, tv not fully functional, only some channels are available to watch. Most of movies wasn’t available. Front desk service is good, only smile. Overall, u get what u pay for.

The hotel and room are clean. Receptionists are helpful. The metro is 10min around and it's easy to get to city center. Recommend 100%

It’s worth comparing cost , room was clean and spacious, breakfast buffet just was fine , a bit far from amenities but near to metro station
