This warm, self contained cottage is bathed in morning sun and coffee on the deck is perfect. Built in 2017 this 116 sq meter cottage is well insulated with double glazing and a heat pump. Its 5 minutes to the airport and also on the bus route to a local mall, Canterbury University & the city. It was built for disability access and has ramps front and back an extra large shower to suit a shower chair if required. Dog friendly with conditions, definitely family & LGBTI+ friendly and kids are welcome. It is in a quiet position at the rear of our property which means we are close by to help out if needed. Chris and Catherine are excellent hosts and look forward to you enjoying your stay with us. For short stay guests, breakfast and tea coffee, milk etc. will be provided. On street parking is available.
