The room was very tidy and the mattress was comfortable. There is a very nice little garden in the hotel and the front desk service is very kind. Overall a great hotel. 房间非常整洁，床垫很舒适。酒店有一个非常漂亮的小花园，前台服务非常友好。总的来说，这是一间很棒的酒店。

Simply the best hotel in Christchurch!

A beautiful hotel with tropical / botanical gardens. Has everything you need, nice big park next to it. City center is not far; You can walk (20min) to it or 6-7 min by car. Enough parking places as well. Customer service can be improved overall.

I loved the roses in the garden. The staff were friendly warm and welcoming. The room was clean. Would appreciate better quality pillows. Sleep quality wasn’t that great.

front office staff was great , helpful. Brasserie restaurant staff and at the bar are nice and friendly .

It looks great, and it’s convenient to have plenty of free parking.

This hotel is in heart of the city. We had a convenient stay in Riccarton-Christchurch. The room is very nice and also the garden landscape. Even though the breakfast varieties is not much but the food is good.

3pm check in not available until 5:30pm but 2 free drinks provided for the wait. Fire alarm went off at 7am so we packed our bags and left without using the gym or pool.

Great location just across the park from city centre. Nice garden and a historical site too.

We are on the road trip in New Zealand for 6 days now, this is by far the best hotel I’ve been. We like it so very much! The location is very close to the botanical garden, lots of restaurants nearby, very centralized. The hotel itself is very pretty with English garden all around the property, you can see the very well maintained flowers from every direction, it’s surreal, so so pretty, you have to come to enjoy this lovely view, the pictures can’t do the justice. The front desk ladies are very friendly and helpful, I changed 16 dollars to coins to do laundry. Our room is very quiet and super clean and close to the guess laundry room. The dinner was fantastic and breakfast was served with oatmeal! After 6 breakfast from different hotels with similar English breakfast dishes, I was surprised by the oatmeal served in this place. Best dinner in town, my husband was very impressed by the service, the ambiance and atmosphere. We have been 20 countries, trust me, this is one of the best hotel I’ve been in New Zealand and the world! It’s a pleasure and privilege to stay in such great hotel for one night!!

Super good hotel, right next the park and have a garden inside. Tried the restaurant there which is good as well. Also prepared welcome cookies for customers. But no tooth brush, toothpaste and water provided.

Good location and with free parking is a plus. The hotel is kinda dated but can tell that they refurbished the rooms. Overall it is a decent stay.

Decent place for short stay. Reasonable price, good location, clean. Worth your money!
