The hotel looks very good and new . The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect close to shops , restaurants and lake .

We stayed there in November 2023 and got an upgrade with a nice tub in the room. thank you. It was very nice. The only thing which was special for this room, was that the door to the balcony was not closed tight so cold air cold come in. The breakfast had an good amount of different food and was good. The staff was very nice also the did not speak English, but thats no problem.

Family with mouth to Qiandao Lake travel, play three days to find the Novotel hotel Qiandao Lake, choose this hotel is not wrong, very beautiful swimming pool, and children's playground free play, children play, if not to go back to school are not willing to check out. I will come again next time, thanks to the warm service of the front desk and the beautiful sisters in the room. lt feels like home.

It is a merely 3 years old hotel but everything looks pretty worn. The swimming pool is nice but not as nice as on photos. The kids indoor playground is nice for kids under 5. But for the rest, it is not really worth the 5 star. The room design is rather weird. We booked a superior family room with 1 queen bed and 1 single. The size is okay with a balcony. But there is only 1 chair on the balcony. The toilet is facing the bed directly and the shower as well. There is no any privacy for the guests sharing the room. Even with your own child, you deserve some privacy I suppose. The wash table is right next to the bed which is also weird. The overall design is not well thought to my opinion. The breakfast hall is huge but the quality of the food is disappointing (not the worst but definitely not best for a 5 star). The lady standing in front of the breakfast hall for welcoming the guests is always grumpy. The price is too high for what you get in general. But anyway, the island is way too pricy for what it can offer. Will not return any time soon. And the toilet in our room stinks a little.

酒店很新，設備齊全，地理位置也很優越，在市中心出行都很方便，酒店乾淨衞生，衞生間乾濕分離的設計很好。在酒店點外賣也很方便不用自己下樓取會有機器人🤖送到房間門口👍酒店裡還有幼兒遊樂場所（適合低齡小童玩） 酒店員工服務態度都很好👍熱情周到 早餐品種豐富挺好吃😋 這次是冬季來的泳池不能體驗有點遺憾 價格也很經濟實惠

入住當天，用雅高白金卡升級房間，結果前台值班經理一直勸是升級後的高級房各種不好，然後沒有行政樓層房間了。結果高級房開出來一股廁所味，感覺無法將就一點。 於是又來到前台換，前後5分鐘這次説有行政樓層房間了。結果開出來是鏡子對着床，omg，算了將就一下。燒水壺裡有頭髮，贈送的水果盤是交到我手裡自己端回房間。 早餐是沒有領位的，所以找座位可想而知。但更糟糕的是等了10分鐘無人收桌子。plus 早餐的地瓜這麼大，有點**巴。

酒店環境非常好，酒店很大，設施也很齊全，小童樂園可以讓小朋友玩很久，服務非常熱情，門僮託尼服務很好，幫我們搬了很多行李，特別要説一下二樓的中餐廳，味道好，服務熱情，如果不想到外面找飯店，是個很不錯的選擇，這裏極力推薦，看圖。

臨時出行，女兒一路上在説喜歡loft房型，這回心滿意足了。節日期間酒店的服務也非常到位，尤其表揚下前台的Lily，從辦理入住到離店都非常熱心，服務很好，還幫忙拿行李，下次來千島湖還會選這家酒店，推薦👍

搶到政府消費券臨時定的酒店巧合家人春節出遊，到達酒店後還升級了家庭房型。前台小元還貼心推薦周圍景點。 走時帶了一包當地產的橘子路上吃。非常滿意的一晚住宿體驗。 唯一一點對睡眠淺的人。房間隔音效果不是那麼好，但這次比較累回去睡的很香。

太適合親子入住 小朋友在酒店的遊樂場玩的不亦樂乎 家長可以解放雙手。入住前想看下兩個房型的區別，客服葉婧小姐姐十分耐心，帶我們參看，最後還給我們免費升級房型，入住有免費水果還送了小朋友小禮物 有吃的有玩的，下圖就是送的玩具。很棒的一次入住體驗 ，隔音效果也很棒，下次去千島湖必會再選擇這裏

住過多次諾富特，千島湖這家確實很不錯，大堂大氣，房間空間不錯，早餐也不錯，服務生託尼很熱情主動幫忙搬行李到房間，前台lily熱情周到，感謝在新春相遇，以後有機會還會再來入住！
