Local hotel, many tour bus with old people smoking in the rooms, cold weather no Aircond as they switch off central AC… so far service is very good

At the same time, we also regularly clean the air conditioning filter. October is the season of alternating hot and cold. As the hotel has central air conditioning, it cannot meet the function of turning on both hot and cold at the same time. When you checked in, the hotel was still cold air without switching, and the temperature was cool that day. Many guests reported it was cold and turned it off. If you reported that the room was hot, the staff immediately sent you an electric fan to relieve it and turned on the air conditioning for fresh air. In future work, we will also find more suitable adjustment plans to meet the needs of more guest.

This is an excellent hotel. Great location and great service. They work hard to appease the customers by providing free fish-head meals, afternoon fruits, and good-night sweet soups everyday. Moreover, the fish-head meals taste really good - not what you would expect for “free” food.

As the hotel indicated, the hotel bus leaving from the HSR stops at the hotel. It is also a few bus stops from the tourist pier where all ferry and boat tours begin. The service of the hotel is commendable. A female staff (who looks like a supervisor) at the counter was most helpful. She offered good advice and helped us with the luggage. It was also very thoughtful of the hotel to offer free sweet congee which was delivered to our room after dinner. The hotel room is very comfortable. We were upgraded to a lake view room which was very appreciated. Overall, we have had a very happy stay at the hotel.

兩年前療休養來住過，這次來重温一下，選了之前同樣的房型家庭房，裏面有個小帳篷，還有很多卡通元素，小孩太喜歡了，晚上在裏面自己睡著了，陽台上有個單人鞦韆，越過前面的酒店能看到一點點湖景，樓下也有遊玩的地方，下了階梯就是魚街，早餐也還可以。五一酒店安排了很多小孩子的活動，很用心。

設施：這個房間的隔音是每間不一樣嗎？一共訂了兩間房，和父母各一間。自己的這一間睡到凌晨4點的時候，隔壁房不知道什麼原因，其中一個人像唱獨角戲，然後另一個負責“哈哈哈”，和我這房間的牆壁想必是拿三夾板隔的嗎？真的是出去遊玩，第一次遇到這麼差的隔音！！！導致第一天晚上都沒有休息好。其次，房間餐巾紙配置的太少了。房間的燈具也太少了，房間不夠亮堂，那麼暗，桌前應該配個枱燈啊，很不方便。

跟朋友自駕來到千島湖，網上訂了麗呈睿軒酒店，價格不高，開始衹定一宿，當我們一行人來到到酒店，看到房間，驚喜到每個人，房間有個平台，可以直麪千島湖，早晨又是看日出的絕佳位置，酒店提供免費水果，4瓶礦泉水，前台人員服務態度好，早餐飯菜可口，體驗感慢慢，當即訂下第二天的，不走了，下次再來千島湖，還會再來

酒店很好，很滿意，整體感覺還是挺不錯的，開始訂之前網上有很多負面評價，當時覺得挺擔心的，到了酒店以後就先看了房，前台的服務妹妹態度很好。看了房以後覺得挺不錯的，立馬就定了。夜晚的千島湖也很美，酒店看出去視野很好。整體感覺很不錯的，早餐也不錯，停車也挺好的，有充電樁，下次來一定還訂這家酒店。

房間很大很舒服。尤其是床和枕頭，好爽。一覺到天亮。很安靜。位置是酒店羣，我全國都住麗呈。果然麗呈的品質和性價比最高的。四磚的酒店。服務和房間都是四磚的水平。價格還優惠一些。旁邊很多酒店。佈局一樣。都比他貴。這應該是攜程自己的酒店吧。來了就升級湖景大床房。第二天續租用的麗呈全國通兑劵，結果一樣升級。這老闆會做生意。一定把最好的房間給客人。每次進出要礦泉水，服務員都很熱情。服務自然沒得説。以後一定都住麗呈。離坐船的遊客中心2公里，出門下樓梯是美食街。去騎龍巷也是2公里。位置絕佳。哪裡都方便。

酒店設施齊全工作人員都很熱情和藹。親子房很適合帶小朋友來住十分可愛童趣，浴室也有提供給小朋友的用具真的很貼心了。房間的視線開闊開窗出去就是湖景 👏 酒店就有千島湖特色魚頭可以體驗一下👍

酒店位置不錯，出去3分鐘就是魚街，吃東西很方便，去東南湖區，中心湖區，打車不超過20塊。酒店還給升級了房間，還能延遲退房。唯一的不足就是早飯不夠豐富，不過可能是因為淡季人少的關係，當然吃飽是沒問題的。混沌，麪條，麪包牛奶還是有的。
