Liberty Signa - All Inclusive

My husband, our 1.5-year-old daughter, and I stayed at Liberty Signa, and we really enjoyed it. There are various activities for children, including a water park and a pool. The main restaurant offers good variety of baby food. We especially liked that there is a 24/7 restaurant where you can always grab a meal. The beach is beautiful, with soft sand and a pleasant sea. There are plenty of sun loungers, so there is enough space for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the service in the à la carte restaurants, especially the Italian one. The food was delicious. Overall, we were very happy with our vacation!

Liberty Signa is on the cusp of being amazing. From the moment you step through the entrance you can appreciate the detailing that’s gone into the design & luxurious furnishings. This is the case across the hotel, including landscaping & lighting. Sadly however on closer inspection you can see several examples where contractors have failed to deliver the perfection Signa was trying to achieve. All this is being rectified whilst the hotel is closed for winter with the addition of family & adults only beach bars, renovated waffle house, new tiling to fix slippery floors, amongst many other improvements. Images & information can be seen on Facebook forums or by contacting guest relations, who was fantastic at answering any queries. Families I spoke to universally agreed, it would have had a big impact on their child’s enjoyment if the majority of the game machines/pool tables etc were FREE. Also stating it would bring Signa in line with other leading hotels in this price range that already offer this. Dedicated youth/teen clubs & gaming areas with FREE entertainment where children can socialise both day & night are essential in top tier hotels. This was the main reason many youngsters told their parents why they wouldn’t want to return to Signa in favour of past hotels. Couples also benefit from the above as it frees up space in busy bars & gives them a more relaxing environment. Not all children are confident at making friends on holidays and It’s always nice for families where the children keep by their side to have the option of a variety of board games/chess etc in a few bars. This always goes down well in hotels & prevents many of the “I’m bored” comments & issues associated with unstimulated youths. Along with more suitably placed table tennis tables. Cost of this is so little but sadly not always done, happy kids happy holiday. Not sure if this will be the case for the coming season with all the improvements going on? These very important little details bring families repeatedly back, rather than visiting once & then moving on to other hotels the following year. Im sure many families would be interested to the comments made by the hotel on the above, to encourage them to book. Assuming it’s not the typical generic responses you read time & time again where nothing happens lol. I have heard positive feedback on Facebook pages regarding the general manager so hopefully he will action the above for future guests. Enjoyable water park & essentially they’re planning on heating the swimming pools in both April & late October when the weather is more variable. The number of free A La Cartes & restaurants where you can order quality food from a menu exceeds most hotels. Buffet has room for improvement. Fantastic patisserie & Irish/Sports bar with premium drinks and Guinness are also great. Keeping cocktails consistent amongst all bars is not quite there yet. I really don’t know where to start actually I can start with saying I didn’t want our holiday to end.As a family of four we enjoyed every moment from start to end.Hotel was so luxurious and everything and everywhere was spotless.while my youngest son enjoying the mini club, my older son was spending all day on water slides. I don’t even need to mention the food, 24/7 always delicious food but my favourite was the Italian restaurant, rest of the family preferred the delicious Turkish kebabs:)) View was the die for from our balcony.I have been couple places in Turkey but first time in beautiful Fethiye and this summer is going to be our second holiday in Signa hotel again, can’t wait ;)

The Hotel wasn’t ready for guests, we overpaid for a 5 star hotel which had opened and then Blatantly cut costs. The pool area was dangerous with slippy and broken tiles, the buffet was understaffed and beyond difficult to get served. The entertainment was below par, which never changed from week to week, it was very poor in quality. The Bars… awful difficult to get served, over crowded and under staffed and not as promised some not even ready as advertised The Positives! The food was very good, the chefs and all involved were very good. Al carte restaurants were also excellent with a nice experience in all! Overall a very disappointed experience, I could go on forever of how bad, and dangerous the hotel was, liberty let us down, and disappointed us with a very average hotel.

I read the bad reviews but I ignored them. The price was right and the pictures nice. The stay started fabulous, the room was great and the design of the resort also looked amazing. But as days passed, things started to fall apart. It became apparent that the resort isn’t finished and is glued together in a hurry. Yes, the tiles everywhere have to be replaced because they were slippery like hell! As mentioned by others. Tv didn’t work and the ground level patio door was improperly installed and it remained unlocked for the week. But the worst part to me was the dirty beach, always, every day. Full of dirty cups and cigarettes. Also the hotel was very noisy and it was impossible to find a clean table at the buffet. Obviously none of the workers had much experience or had any idea what to do. Had to hunt for clean forks napkins etc. Think a busy airport! We were tired at the end of the week. Lively atmosphere can be good, but here it was exhausting. If all those things and more are corrected for the next season, the Signa has a huge potential. It has a great beach, nicely designed rooms, pools, bars etc. Food was good and so many choices. But I would recommend to wait with the booking for now. There are so many great hotels to choose from in Turkey. I waited to write this review because i hesitated to write a negative review. But i regret choosing this one.

Beautiful new hotel. Excellent food quality and choices. Food available around the clock. The Bon Bon patisserie was a hidden gem serving delicious cakes with a big choice of coffees. The Italian a la carte was absolutely fabulous. Biggest improvement that needs to be made is the extremely poor service in the restaurants.
