This was our fourth visit to this hotel but still lives up to our expectations. The food is delicious, the staff are amazing from the cleaners up to top management they all go out of the way to give you a great holiday. The pool bar staff always make great cocktails a few names Iikay Melek Vaysel Nebie and the lovely Ikiz all staff from different areas who’s names we remember however there are lots more It’s a shame the price has risen so much for next year Best hotel ever

Absolutely amazing. We had high hopes and wow they were suceeded! This place is just phenomenal. We are big foodies and the food here is just unlike any other! We went to Cuphea, Neoman, sunset steak, the Asian & Italian. The Italian was our favourite by far! Personally don’t see enough difference to warrant paying for Neoman again. We stayed in the lake house suite which was so incredible! Zeki our butler was so amazing and friendly. Nothing too much trouble and his service was incredible. Having lunch delivered to us was a game changer and the swim up pool and private pool area was amazing. We loved the entertainment which was really varied. The only slight niggle is the volume is so loud, we couldn’t hear eachother to speak to eachother - we’re 30 years old and fans of music but it was too loud to enjoy properly. Again this is such a minor thing, we had the best honeymoon here it really is the ultimate relaxing holiday destination

This hotel is amazing, service and food and drinks and most importantly the people, nothing is ever too much, they will do whatever they can to make your staff the best possible Food amazing, the main restaurant themed food every night and it's all off a menu so you do really feel like you go out every night. The service is outstanding, and a massive shout out to the Butler Zeki our Butler in the lake house suite was fantastic and we will see him next year

Just returned from my 6th visit to The Residence! Another fab week in Paradise overindulging. Aslihan & her team are what make this hotel next level. If you get the chance to book in for the cocktail making class please do, if was fab, we laughed non stop...... maybe that's just what happens when 6 Scots go on a cocktail making class!! Met up with loads of guests we've met over the years. The return rate speaks volumes. See them all again this time next year. All the staff are wonderful however a special mention to young Hassan in the Rep for his exceptional customer service!!

Just returned from our first visit to this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service was first-class. It says so much about a hotel where so many people are returning guests and the staff have worked there for years. The pool area is beautiful with palm trees, banana plants, sunbeds in the water and cool boxes by all sunbeds with bottles of water and beer. We had a swim up room with access in to the main pool. It had full sun until about 1.30pm at this time of year (some have full sun all day depending which direction they face). We enjoyed having a lunchtime drink at the swim up bar and a chat with Izzet. Food and drink here is top class. We had breakfast at the main restaurant (buffet and a la carte options). Don’t miss the “menemen” - eggs with tomatoes. We would have lunch down at the Sunset restaurant on the beach. It’s a lovely location. Lots of options for dinner and the food everywhere was excellent. Special mention to Emreh at the Balkon cocktail bar. Amazing cocktails and his English was excellent - we learnt so much from him about the Turkish way of life and so much more. We will be joining the ranks of people that return here and it is easy to see why. We met so many lovely people and had a fantastic holiday.

Our third visit this side (previous three the other) We travel extensively throughout the year. Long & short haul and this is our last of the year trip Love everything about this resort the rooms, service, entertainment and the staff Huge thank you to Selman for the constant pool side service! What a wonderful personality he has. Keep singing Nebihe for the lovely bar service every evening Cem for his lovely greeting every morning and pool bar service Isek a little key lady who remembered us from last year and welcomed us for breakfast & lunch Book it!!

Currently staying at the residence. If you’re looking for complete relaxation then this is the place for you. Staff are friendly, food is great and it’s very clean. The pool is cold but that’s expected in October. You can use all facilities at the hotel next door too. Our room is cleaned daily also the mini bar is restocked. Nothing is too much trouble. One of the restaurants is open 24 hours as well as the patisserie where they have the most insane chocolate truffles and ice cream. Over the road there are some shops selling turkeys finest dupes along with a supermarket and pharmacy. We will definitely be returning.

Just back from a short 4 night break. This hotel is in a beautiful part of Turkey with staff that went out of their way to make your holiday special. If you want tranquillity then this is the place. So many places to relax by the pools and no rush to get sun beds, loads available with clean towels near by. There’s some light music by the main pool bar but else where it’s just nice and quiet. All food is ordered from a menu including breakfast. All meals we had were excellent and we couldn’t fault anything. Premium drinks including Gentleman Jack and Hennessy included in the package. The rooms were stunning, well cleaned and maintained . We enjoyed the live music by the outside bar at night, it finished a bit early for us so we walked next door to see the last half hour of the entertainment there. This is a pricy hotel peak season, the service did live up to it. Out of season it’s slightly cheaper and the weather was 28-30 in early October. Highly recommend and would return. A special thanks to Murat at the Executive Lobby Lounge - always with a smile on his face, teaching us some Turkish - şerefe! Ramazan and Mercan at outside bar - they worked so hard and remembered everyone’s drinks, nothing was too much trouble for them.
