Dining room: has a dining room table (seats four), window AC (1200BTU) bench window where guest will have access to get extra blankets or comforters. Kitchen: has refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishes, pots pans, coffee maker, toaster, fire extinguisher etc. Bath Room: has tub and shower, towels and rags toilet paper, paper towels, first aid kit, hand soap. First Bedroom: bed (queen), closet, night stand that has a deck of playing cards, phone chargers (iPhone and android) spiritual information all in drawn. Second Bedroom: futon that lets out to bed, a stand with a TV (36inch). Guest access The guests will not have excess to two of the rooms that are on the unit where they will reside. The house is a two family duplex there is a unit on the second floor which the guests will not have excess too neither the basement nor side door.
