Everything so good. thank you to all the hotel workers who were very friendly and helpful

I arrived in Bunach at night and decided to sleep in this hotel but unfortunately was unexpected for a hotel with 5 stars. The furniture needed maintenance and the bathroom as well. The blanket and bed sheet need to be replaced dilapidated. The good thing is the view and the quick staff response.

Everything is great but the food taste needs to improve

We have had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel provides everything that you need. The view, the service and the cafe are just outstanding.

I book 1 day in executive suite and got corner room. The view from balcony is excellent. The room is huge. It was an exciting stay here. The service are very good and facilities are excellent and various. I did enjoy my breakfast. However, unfortunately, in the bath tub when the engine for jacuzzi turned on, the water out is very smell and caused mood drop significantly. We bring bath bomb and even using 3 pieces, it is not nice. Management need to concern to check on this.

I’m so surprised with the hospitality from each division of the hotel. They are very humbled and have a quick respon to all my request especially when I said that I brought parents. Very well mannered The only thing that I really hate the most is the location and of course it goes to the traffic I literally need 24 hours from the hotel to Jakarta due to the super stuck traffic, I know it’s a long holiday but I think they need to figure better way to avoid this situation, and hopefully they can fix it in the near future Overall, I love it! Thanks

Back again to stay in this hotel, farther more it has very good location, thar is a-river be side the hotel, you enjoy hearing the water flow sound and green land mountains around, good security, good service and facility, friendly stuff and good service from NABILA Resiptionest.

Nice Hotel and breakfast

A *** ***** ***** HOTEL, DO NOT VISIT WITH FAMILIES!!!! WARNING The worst family staycation ever. Feels like a nightmare. The bed was super dirty and all they can do is to change it to a less dirty bed. They finished the change of bed that they called it a proper bed, at almost twelve midnight. And my kids slept at almost midnight and had to skip breakfast. To the FO assistant manager, it was proper and that was the best she can do. And that she allowed me to put this review and comment on social media, They need someone with title and power to be able to give a human response. This made me think that this has been their standard. Unfortunately, I just found out😭 This 5 star hotel should change their title to a *** ***** ***** Hotel Room as you can see the pictures and video below. Or probably they have to experience no customer then they will think about treating their customer properly. There are the videos, too!!!
