V. good informative website - likewise telephone/email comms. Own off road parking a bonus - gorgeous courtyard garden with seating. Quality offering thru'out from really clean bedrooms, their fittings,soft furnishings and supplied products to the marvellous breakfast choice. All this at an excellent price - With special mention for the friendly, helpful and welcoming people running O.B. One more thank you to you all for our recent short stay.

Location is perfect for Cirencester town centre. We had a room on the ground floor that had french doors to the pretty enclosed garden. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is freshly cooked and the staff were attentive and friendly, except for the Sunday as seemed to be a little overwhelmed with full occupancy and not enough tables. We had a much longer wait than on previous days which were perfect. Check in was a little random, we completed an online check in form before our arrival in case no-one was there, but this did not let us know which room or how to find a key. However there was someone there when we arrived so no problem. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

My niece and I spent 3 night at this hotel exploring Cotswolds. Our twin room was big enough, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. The hotel offers free parking. The property is located just 5-7 minutes from the center of Cirencester with lots of cafes, pubs, shops and interesting sites. So many picturesque villages and towns are nearby.

Our courtyard room 9 was of a quality build, comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated. Pleasant courtyard. The included breakfast was very good. Everyone was cheerful. Parking good enough: a small 4 car lot, and overflow under the trees to the right of the lot. Town was nice: a 5-minute walk with a beautiful church and parks, with enough tourists to warrant restaurants and pubs, but not too many.

A great place to stay when exploring the beautiful town of Cirencester and surrounding areas. We've just returned from 3 nights in courtyard room 9 and had a wonderful time. A really pretty B&B five minutes walk from town centre with it's huge selection of shops and restaurants. Freshly cooked to order breakfasts set us up for the day. The room had everything we needed, good shower, a fridge and the bed was very comfortable. The courtyard is a pretty area which in March we were not able to use but it would be good to sit there during the summer months. Big bonus of car parking on site - a little tight but we always found a space. We will definately return

The photos really don’t do this gorgeous B&B justice. We stayed for 2 nights in December booking 5 rooms( all courtyard rooms and one in the main house) for a family Wedding and we all had a lovely stay. Stunning Christmas Tree in the Conservatory and tastefully decorated courtyard and breakfast room. Rooms were very clean and cozy, breakfast was amazing. Rosemary was a very hospitable host. A very short walk to the centre of Cirencester. Highly recommend would definitely return as a great base to explore the beautiful Cotswolds.

We were going to a wedding and as staying 2 nights didn't wish to pay £270 per night each. Instead we booked the Old Brewhouse, we arrived in the dark and walked into a magical courtyard, fairylights everywhere. Thr rooms a good size,everything provided that hyou could possibly need,apart from a bathrobe, but a magnificent walk in shower. Breafast cooked as required, nothing seems to be too much trouble for the staff, I have no reservations about recommending the Old Brewhouse.
