ABOUT THE HOME When we purchased this home in 2017 it was completely updated with fresh paint, new flooring, new carpeting, and new updated bathrooms. Additionally, we furnished the home with all new furniture, bedding, linens, TVs, and the kitchen equipped with new dishes, glassware, cookware, small appliances. The downstairs apartment has its own separate exterior door for privacy and security. Once inside you’ll find two bedrooms and one full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a king-sized bed; the other bedroom has two twin sized beds. Your group will enjoy relaxing and hanging out in the spacious "Liberty University" themed family room (or "rec room") downstairs which is equipped with a 55" HD flat-screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD player and video library. NOTE: The TV is equipped with Roku live TV channels and streaming capabilities. You can either sign into your own premium streaming services using the apps on the TV (such as Netflix, Hulu or Prime Video) or stream content from your mobile devices. (Cable TV channels are not provided.) A full-sized washer & dryer are located on the downstairs level. On the ground level in the shade of the upper deck is an old-fashioned porch swing where you can relax in the quiet atmosphere of this pastoral setting. NOTE: The house does not have an outdoor grill. There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles.
