El servicio fue excelente, todos muy amables y eficientes. La ubicacion inmejorable, todo lo necesario estaba cerca, la embajada, varios restaurantes para desayunar o comer, y un mall en frente. las instalaciones super limpias y no les faltaba nada. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y si tuviera necesidad de ir de nuevo, me vuelvo a quedar ahi.

Very good for the price. Locate very close to the USA counselor and walking distance to everything. There is no refrigerator neither microwave

A nice little place to stay a lot of places are around it to enjoy not a loud area peaceful stay and very family orientated as well always so welcoming and friendly respectful as well I enjoyed my stay

We stayed for 4 nights, and 5 days, since day one, Ive requested another room or someone to look at the TV because it didn't work, and the internet was not working in my room, On day 2, I requested the same and they made a notation of it, nothing happened, day three I spoke with another concierge and nothing, I had to go and work at the kitchen or the desk where is the computer in the lobby with my laptop because the internet was not strong enough to connect at my room (room 300) I don't think the staff cares about customers' needs based on the fact that your hotel is always busy due to the business brought from the consulate

Why does a hotel in Juarez cost so much and it be so bad? You can stay at a better Wyndham hotel in El Paso for half the price. The rooms were old and not comfortable. The breakfast is a joke. Stay somewhere else and save your money.
