Absolutely loved our second stay at Mill St Retreat! It has everything you need for a comfortable, spotless and modern getaway, with thoughtful treats that make you feel right at home. The space is beautifully maintained and perfectly located. We can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend! Will stay longer next time…

Spotlessly clean and bright, very well-appointed with thoughtful inclusions. Location is convenient yet quiet, everything you want in quality regional accommodation including professional service. Definitely recommend and would definitely book again!

We stayed just the one night at Mill Street Retreat and wish it could have been longer. The apartment is very stylish, beautifully furnished and has loads of space. It is well equipped with absolutely everything you may need including a selection of breakfast provisions and local Wine. It has a lovley terrace to dine outdoors or enjoy a glass of wine. Thanks Mill Strret Retreat you made our short stay one to remember and we will be back one day.

Great place for short and long term stays. Close to everthing. The apartment is well equipped, clean, comfortable, spacious and state of the art. Complimentary wine and breakfast items plentiful and well thought out. Ample parking right outside.

Lovely apartment, clean, generous provisions. Daily service was to top up provisions, fresh towels if needed, bins emptied, it was a little hit and miss don't expect 5 star Hotel daily service ie beds made etc. Garden maintenance, it's a shame planter box outside kitchen window hasn't been maintained 🤔 all part of the ambience. We would definitely stay again ticks all the boxes. Only thing we missed was icetrays to make ice and sparkling glasses. Thank you for a lovely stay. We hope these apartments are kept well maintained.

The quality of these units is outstanding from the appliances, to the bed and pillows. The outdoor deck was a lovely place to enjoy the provided breakfast. With a short walk into town to grab a morning coffee or takeaway for dinner. Clare valley has the most amazing wineries, restaurants and customer service. The staff who serviced our unit could not do enough for us. I would highly recommend the Mill St Retreat and will be staying here again if I get the opportunity to come back.

A lovely room with everything you need. I can't fault anything. Everything provided was at a high quality from the linen to the TV, cutlery, coffee, breakfast provisions and a late check-out. My wife loved, loved, loved the heated floor and towel rail in the bathroom. If the nightly rate sounds premium, consider the 2x complimentary bottles of premium Jim Barry wine and the provided breakfast and quality tea and coffee, it makes for a very cost effective stay. Walking distance to the main street shops and restaurants, off street parking, rear deck, BBQ, it is in a fabulous spot. Would definitely book again.

Excellent cottage ideally situated in town spacious with everything you would need We arrived on a very cold day and air conditioners were on for us Near shops restaurants and pubs Had trouble with the HWS and straight away plumber came HWS replaced within 3 hrs Highly recommend this property

The Mill Street Retreat was lovely accommodation - wish we could have stayed more than one night. The apartment was like brand new, everything was very clean, great bed and shower. Had 2 outside balcony areas to sit and was just a short walk to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Had breakfast provisions which included bacon and eggs included in the nightly rate and 2 bottles of Jim Barry wine to enjoy during your stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Clare - one of the nicest places we stayed on our 4 week road trip.
