What a little gem of a place. From a very warm welcome to a warm goodbye. We had a comfortable stay. Bed was extremely comfy, the room well equipped. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. We will be sure to visit again in the future. Patcham is perfectly located near to shops and restaurants.

A stunning B&B! Every attention to detail is made, which added to the pleasure of our stay. The breakfasts were also delicious and wonderfully presented. The rooms are beautifully done, with numerous personal touches. The view from this stunning B&B is yet another inviting feature. A very short walk to the town square, as well as to numerous Restaurants and shopping, makes it an ideal place to stay. Thank you Tim and Johan for your amazing hospitality.

Wow, wow, wow! Such incredible hospitality right in the heart of Clarens. Johan and Tim's attention to luxurious detail was exquisite, the novel breakfast tier was ample and scrumptious and the room I got was thoughtfully decorated to the highest standard, with the most eye-catching (and comfortable) head-board creating a sense of amazing spaciousness in addition to the stunning mountain view. I will most definitely be back when next I pass through, hopefully to enjoy the garden suite next!

Great breakaway for couples. Tim and Johan are great hosts, with immense attention to detail. Patcham Place is just off main square, making everything within walking distance but quiet and restful. Hosts knowledge of area is added advantage to ensure you make the most of your visit.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such friendliness, that we knew this was going to be a great stay. Johan and Tim were by far the BEST! hosts we ever met through all our travels both local and international. The breakfast was absolutely divine, for a moment there I thought that Tim was a renowned chef with the way he plated our breakfast and how delicious it was, but he insists he's not he just loves playing around with food!! If you want to call that playing around Tim:):) the dining area was gorgeous, the rooms were beautiful, clean and soooo comfortable. I LOVED it, didn't want to go back home.... miss them already... thank you so much guys.. I would recommend Patcham Place to EVERYONE that visits Clarens. You would NEVER be disappointed. The place is so beautiful and serene.

Johan and Tim provided a personalized experience that made the difference between our stay being just another weekend break and an awesome getaway from the stresses of life. Their can-do attitude and willingness to ensure we were well catered for was a welcome change. The view from the deck while eating breakfast is great and makes one feel like you are really far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Our room was absolutely beautiful with pristine linen, furnishings and decor. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and the curtains ensured a perfectly dark room for restful sleep. Johan and Tim went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided attention to detail. Special mention to the wonderful and tastefully presented breakfast.
