Trail 2 Lake

I’m on the Fence… Cute place, clean and cozy with a full bath up and half bath on main floor. Nice for 2, maybe three people.Could update the living area furniture. I have a feeling it had not been rented in awhile as the water heater was faulty, and someone else’s food and half eaten Blizzard were in the Freezer. Heat works great, needs a repair or replacement to the water heater. There is no Microwave or fire extinguisher that we could find. The listing is not quite accurate and maybe deceiving: This is not near the river. The river is quite a hike from the property and it’s a downhill hike through other properties to get there. If there was a dock and overlook deck like listed in photos, we had NO Idea where to find it as there is no info guide to any amenities or to the house itself. Such as check-in procedure/check-out procedure/wifi password/how to work the television. Local EMS or emergency/Fire. To have to call or text and wait for a response is ridiculous. We weren’t sure about hiking the woods around there as there were several houses and EVERYWHERE posted No trespassing. Be more informative. If you list a bunch of local activities, have info on those or at least contact information for them. Most times I would think you’re renting to those who are not Local.
