This hotel BURNT DOWN in the summer of 2022. They were still taking bookings includimg ours in 2024. It was replaced with a drive-through Wantaburger. After a 26 hour journey because of flight delays we arrived at the right address to find it wasn't there. We piled into a 'quality' inn just up the hill. Apparently, we should have called the emergency number in our paperwork to get relocated. We were too tired to do anything and certainly couldn't drive any further. To be honest I'M NEVER GOING TO TRUST TBIS HOTEL GROUP AGAIN.

We stayed in the hotel while attending the Peach Festival. We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room and facilities. Breakfast was surprisingly good with a selection of scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee, breakfast juices, bagles, and cereals. An excellent hotel and the price was fantastic.

Best hotel I've ever stayed with. Best western never disappoint but clarksvilles is so special, and unique with so much chacter and the staff goes above and beyond. Excellent location. Delicious breakfast.

We came to town for a softball tournament and stayed at the best western. They had a good breakfast and a nice pool which the girls loved after being in the heat. We slept well it served its purpose and we would stay again.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Check in was quick, Pool looked inviting but it was only 35 degrees out while we stayed. It is small but clean and fenced in. Would stay again.

We traveled for seven days straight...cross country and back / quick turnaround...this was by far our favorite stay. The front desk, the entire staff, were so friendly and accomodating. We really loved Clarksville and would go out of our way to stop here.

The floor had not been vacuumed and was covered in a gritty substance. My husband went to office and got a vacuum to clean it up. The room was extremely small and right by the pool. There was a strong odor coming from pool pump area that smelled of sewage.

Facility was great. All the amenities I needed were there. They even have a piano in the lobby. The staff at this place is awesome and will make you feel like you're their family. Will stay again next time I'm in the area.

Have stayed there before. Everyone that works there is very nice and gave use better directions to where we were going. Enjoyed visiting with the ladies working in the breakfast room. Rooms were clean and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs ,sausage and other things. Will stay there agin. The only thing different I would have liked was maybe some more towels in the room so we wouldn't have to ask for them. And the only thing also was the Breezeway smelt really bad. The pool looks nice and inviting but didn't bring a swimsuit.
