Hotel Miramonti

I went on a school trip and the hotel was extremely accommodating and patient. Our waitress was super friendly and was very interesting to talk to! Skiing was brilliant even though it was the end of the season. Rooms were fairly clean and simple and were practical for a weeks stay. Food was exceptionally good with a variety of different pasta dishes and other Italian staples served every night. A massive thank you to hotel miramonti for being so patient considering there were fifty of us!

The waitress made people drink water with pepper in food is undercooked the hotel is old and wore out, this place is disgraceful and disgusting. I beg no one ever comes to this hotel ever, multiple people sick and they serve 1 think, pasta. Please never come here.

I have just returned from a week at the hotel with a school group of 40 students and 5 staff. To say Fulvia and her team looked after us all from start to finish would not be enough. The rooms were clean and tidy on arrival, as well as freshened up every day by Angelica, Renatta and Natalia. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was served with a smile each day and was always something different. The ravioli and carbonara were both amazing! The team were able to serve all 45 of us in and out in less than an hour which was perfect timing before and between ski lessons. The hotel is a short walk from the ski school with a boot room big enough for us to store our equipment and get ready each day without being in the way of other hotel guests. Showered were hot. The hotel lovely and warm. The social space great allowing us to halos group activities after a full day of skiing. What made this hotel so wonderful was Fulvia and the staff. Fulvia is kind, attentive, spends time with each of the guests and taught us all little bits of Italian along the way. The ladies who work there had conversations with the students, teaching them bits of Italian and Spanish, helping them with little queries and making the whole time easy. We will be back to the hotel with a new school group in the future. I also hope to visit on a personal level with my own family. Perfetto. Gracie.

mould in bathrooms, bathroom had no locks, food was undercooked, really cold or scolding hot water, dust filled beds, dirty floors, cracked stair tiles, but overall brilliant skiing and great skiing instructors(which I learnt loads from)

I have just returned from a week of skiing in Claviere, Italy, with 70 children and eight other staff members on a school ski trip. Throughout our stay, Fulvia and the rest of the staff made us so welcome. The food was perfect for the children to have the energy for a day of skiing and then to refuel in the evening. The housecleaning team cleaned and tidied every room, every day; something I had not experienced before in 15+ years of running school ski trips. The lounge area was perfect for nightly meetings to discuss the highlights of each day's skiing and to host games evenings where we played board games, rather than sit on devices all evening. Located at the end of a short street, we felt it was safe to allow the children to play in the snow without strangers wandering past all of the time.

Mould in bathrooms, broken shower door, tiles broken, one bathroom leaked and flooded bathroom every day, blood stains on sheets, dust and cobwebs, one bedroom smelt like rotten sprouts, dirty tablecloths, napkins not even renewed unless we asked ! Same dirty ones at the breakfast table etc from previous meals!! Food very questionable and ate out most days. Boot room a real so scruffy and wonky unpainted shelves. Group of 7 of us stayed for a week - very experienced skiers/holiday makers and between us having been on hundreds of ski holidays - this was 100% THE WORST hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Our advise - DO NOT GO - not even cheap (wouldn’t stay here for free!)
