the room was clean and staff was very helpful, but it advertised a breakfast included which a half a doughnut and coffee does not qualify it for me. Fruit or toast would have been better.

My ******* reservation was lost, the machine wouldnt authorize any deposits so had to leave a cash deposit (no receipt possible, to ensure there was a record of it for staff the next day if there was a dispute), top lock on our door was broken off, the room smelled of smoke and hall smelled of pot, and the advertized breakfast was false (a handful of frozen-thawed packaged cheap pastries). Last resort hotel

The room had all the basic necessities, and appeared clean, except there were fruit flies. The floor was vinyl laminate, so that felt cleaner than wall-to-wall carpeting. The toilet clanked when sitting down on it, and the bathroom fan was so loud, I didn't want to use it. The beds were comfortable, but my daughter was scared to get under the covers because she felt like it wasn't clean. The lamppost was outside the window of our room, and the curtains didn't close all the way, so we had to put a shopping bag on the windowsill to block the light. The lightbulb in the stairwell was out, so I nearly fell coming up the stairs because I couldn't see where the top step of the first landing was. The free breakfast was only coffee in a thermos, tea bags and mini honeybuns. Outside the motel was a large parking lot surrounded by beautiful trees, some had apples, and there were songbirds. It would have been nice if they had some picnic tables and benches outside because people were sitting on the curb having coffee and cigarettes, and it wasn't a good look, nor was it comfortable for the guests. There was a parking space dedicated to veterans, which was nice because there was a veteran using that space during our stay. The location was quiet and pretty convenient with a lot of stores and restaurants, and Lake Onondaga Park nearby. If your goal was to be close to Syracuse, it was doable, but of course it would have been much better to stay in the city if your budget allows it.

Meh if you're only sleeping The room assigned was in poor shape because (1) the window shades didn't fully black out the room, (2) the bathroom door handle on the outside is missing and (3) there's a piss scent around the toilet showing poor prior tenants and housekeeping.

Unhealthy Beyond terrible experience. Poor service from staff and mold absolutely everywhere. You could smell it when you walked in the room. They showed me 3 other rooms as an alternative and they were all worse than the first one. Lady at the desk that a refund is fine but that I have to deal with it through Hotels, who them in return told me to deal with the hotel itself. Terrible experience, please stay away

Great price but poor continental breakfast. Nothing but a bun and last night's cold coffee.
