Clayton Plaza Hotel & Extended Stay recensioner

The hotel is very good. Has a garage, so you can park your car and heading the hotel from the garage. The breakfast is complimentary for all guests. Rooms have a modern shower.

First the positives - the staff was very nice and the breakfast was okay. Now the rest of it. My room was not cleaned the entire time I was there. Apparently, even if you want your bed made, you must request it each day. It was written on one of the many pieces of paper they gave me and I missed it - my bad. Now, let's talk about the rooms. This was one of the worst rooms I've ever been in. I had booked a queen room and when I checked in, I was told I was upgraded to a king suite. They put me in a king handicapped room. It had a bathroom, a bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser and a chair. There was no table and there was no desk. I had to work while I was there and had no place to put my computer. Necessity is the mother of invention so I ended up putting my computer on the ironing board which I set-up next the only chair in the room. Speaking of work, the internet was down all of one of the days I was there. Additionally, at least one of the elevators wasn't working every day. I used the pool and it was very unpleasant. It looked like it hadn't been updated in decades and most of the tile trim was missing. The "beach towels" they provided were more like hand towels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone - ever again. Stay away - far away.

歷史比較久遠的一間酒店，各項設施透露着歷史感。房間的衞生是不叫不打掃，所以連續4天放在床頭的小費也無人領取。空調設備真是超預期，窗機啟動起來像拖拉機震天響，中央空調間隔一定時間會自動啟動，一定會把你從夢中拉回現實，所以連續幾天晚間都無法正常入睡。從這間酒店我看到了19世紀的美國，真有點穿越感。

床很舒服 女兒在WashU讀書 去都是住這酒店 最好選有淋雨隔斷的房間 新裝修的 乾淨多了

被安排在二樓客房，有窗但被厚窗簾遮蔽，因為窗外露台安裝了空調室外機，室內昏暗，晚上空調運行的噪音不比火車駛過好，這種房子不應該出售。

每次到聖路易斯都住在這家酒店，性價比比較高，房間也比較大，設施比較方便，早餐也還算可以停車也不算貴。

不錯 入住了好多次 就第一次碰到下雪天沒有熱食的早餐 只有麪包和水果

房間很乾凈，像剛裝修過，環境不錯，服務滿意。

雖然禮拜天沒有房間服務，整體服務質量和賓館設施值得肯定
