Never go here, you will be robbed. My car was broken into and all my belongings stolen in their parking lot. It’s been almost a month mow, and the police are giving up because the hotel management can’t be bothered to talk to them to release any security footage.

No one was at the front desk…then a young girl came out that looked like she was hanging out at home with a Disney sweater…. The pool was closed. The bed felt like you were sleeping right on springs. Pillows horrible. There weren’t that many people staying there on a Monday but it seemed they put everyone next to eachother…. The bathroom shower was old and outdated. The elevators weren’t all working. You can find a much nicer stay for a few more bucks…don’t waste it here!!!

We get to our room, and the first thing we noticed is that there were 3 towels in the bathroom. All hand towels. Went to the front desk and the young man informs my husband that there are no more. We both had to shower the next morning using 3 hand towels. Went down again the next day to ask for more (for the next morning) and again was told, that there were no more. Let’s talk about the bathroom. Not sure what was all over the door. It was absolutely filthy. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower (not a fan in sight) the shower doors looked like they weren’t cleaned. Ever. And the shower floor looked pretty grimy too. Hey, but the bed & pillows were comfortable! When you’re walking to the lobby you can see that the pool is out of order. It’s kind of creepy. Looks like one of those photos of abandoned places. Cover up the glass windows so patrons can’t see inside. That’s it. That’s the review. Oh, and what’s with the email I received asking for a review? I’m not sure what language it came in. (See photo)

Do not pay for the park and fly option that Marriott offers at this hotel. The shuttle to and from the airport is not dependable, so you might as well pay to park somewhere more reliable such as 2 Birds. We had no issue getting a ride to the airport but the shuttle was broke down on our return, causing us to pay for an Uber back to our car at the hotel (at our expense). This hotel feels like it is struggling to stay in business. Lots of broken or out of services amenities, and we had a so/so experience. You definitely get what you pay for at this location.
