For our one night stay, we were in an accessible room (#101). We were very surprised by the poor condition of the room. In the bathroom, the lighting was very poor, the shower floor appeared in need of a thorough cleaning and the shower curtain was not long enough to prevent water from seeping out. The clock didn't show the correct time and I couldn't change it. The sofa cushions were so soft that you sunk down when you sat down on it. It was difficult to get up. At checkout I gave the clerk a list of the above issues. The breakfast options were standard but there was no wheat bread, no bananas ( just apples), no boiled eggs and no berry yogurt.

This is a hidden gem!! The front desk people were awesome! Very friendly and eager to make your stay a good one. The lobby and breakfast areas were very clean. The breakfast was ok, not their fault, I'm sure most of the stuff is just heated up or store bought. You could make waffles yourself. Either way, it was nice to have a choice of hot or cold items. The sausage gravy and biscuits were my favorite. My room was nicely cleaned. The a/c is a bit on the loud side, but I find that's usually the case with all those window units. The unit did a fine job at keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. Housekeeping did a great job! I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

I stayed here for a long weekend to attend a funeral. Our room was clean, and the front desk was attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Even the breakfast was varied and delicious. If I had to come back, I would definitely stay here again.

Stay away. The hotel is not very good. I’m a diamond with Choice and this is easily the worst one in the line, it’s worse than any other Choice hotel including the low end quality suites.. Not clean, not finished, no hot water in the whole hotel. Room keys didn’t work so they gave us the master to get in. That’s not very safe. Staff wasn’t really helpful. The response to no hot water was “no one else has called about it.”

Horrible stay. No hot water, carpet was wet, bugs in room, greasy headboard, dirty comforter, outside light shines in window- can't close curtains, cold gravy at breakfast. Overcharged over $100. GM will not return calls and is never there.

Well we haven't stayed here in years since our summer trips haven't put us around here well we stayed here lots of times and no issues but this time I can see building is showing its wear big time it looks like owner is not keeping it up dirty outside building I mean you can power wash it windows aren't as clear anymore unfortunately the front desk lady said there been people that been trashing hotel during events or weekends so but everything was ok. Our room was ok facing truck stop beds were still comfy but air conditioning looks like it's barley working it cool but very slow also made noise! The blinds need to be changed they seen better days but this hotel is located in south AC SHOULD BE PRIORITY! but it's still good to stay overnight and safe ! But hotel needs to ne renovated with in next year ! Hotel is fairly new built but starting to look rough come on comfort suites this is a gem on i26

Stayed 1 night. Room was clean and comfortable. It was pleasantly roomy. Provide nice essentials such as microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot with cups, coffee and tea. There was an iron, television, hairdryer, and toiletries (shampoo, makeup remover pads, conditioner and lotion). I did not pay attention if there was a pool or not. Weather was cold and rainy and I only stayed 1 night. Hope I covered everything for your consideration. It was a nice experience.

Matt provided exceptional customer service over the phone when I booked the room and upon arrival. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Did not eat at the Burger restaurant nor did we swim. Too 🥶 cold outside. They do have an indoor pool. I don’t know if it was heated.

This hotel is not as bad as some of the very negative reviews would have you believe, nor is it a great property as the five-star reviewers claim. The rooms are dated and rather poorly lighted, but have all the usual features of the best Comfort Suites. The service is good, breakfast just fine, and bedding certainly adequate. In short, if you are looking for a decent room while driving on I-26 this would not be a bad choice. Just don't expect great.
