Dubbed the Orchard house since being on Orchard street. This newly renovated stand alone home on a quiet dead end road is just what the doctor ordered. Located just 2 miles to the start of the historic Katy Trail makes this a great spot. Also, we are only minutes away from Truman Lake which boasts some of the best crappie and spoonbill fishing around. A dedicated shed with lock is provided at the back of the home for bike storage. A short walk to the historic square with shopping + eateries!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 24.About events:No events allowed.

Great place House itself is amazing. Stayed here prior to Katy Trail ride- only 1.5 miles from the trailhead. Neighborhood is sketchy looking but no issues other than appearance.

Fishing trip to Truman Reservoir The home was remodeled very well. It was quite comfortable and clean. The air condition worked well - and it was hot while we were there. The neighborhood, and the house, are obviously not new but it was quiet, and we had good interactions with the neighbors. Overall - well worth what we spent for the trip.
