I wished we had a better experience because the hotel looks every luxurious, however I can’t say the same for our experience. We arrived very late in the morning of November 1st, around 1am. After a flight from Cyprus we were very tired and I felt that a hot shower would help us relax. After getting wet in the shower I realized there is no shower gel in the bottle, shampoo bottle didn’t work, there was no liquid soap either. Fan in the bathroom if exists it’s not working. Basically I told my husband to call reception for some soap. The keyboard on the phone wasn’t working properly and he ended up waking up 3 times a person in a different room around 2am trying to reach the reception. So I had to get out the shoulder and walk down to the reception to get some shower gel. We slept well and very comfortable. In the morning I thought I’ll use the water in the bottle by the coffee machine to make a coffee. When I tasted and smelled the water I realized it was tap water, and a smell of chlorine. Not sure what was the purpose of that water bottle anyway. I decided to use the water in the fridge. I was about to enjoy my coffee when I realized I had no wood sticking to stir sugar in the coffee.. We get out the hotel in the morning and when we came back the revolving door is not working, three smiling receptions at the front desk watches us pushing the door struggling to get in but say nothing. We’re checking out shortly after and receptionist still hasn’t realized their revolving door is not working.. Small things can ruin your stay. I hope you gonna have a better experience!
