I had such a great week at Blue Mist! The villas are clean and beautiful. The staff is very attentive and you immediately feel like family here! I was traveling solo so this was very important. It’s located perfectly between Santa Teresa and playa hermosa! I preferred watching sunsets on beautiful playa hermosa! Breakfast every morning with smoothies and fresh juices was a great way to start the day! I highly recommend Blue Mist and can’t wait to return!

Amazing 3 days. Food, service & accommodation were all 5 star quality. Staff are beyond helpful & attentive. Cannot recommend this place enough- located on lovely quiet cove with excellent facilities

Front beach hotel with an amazing restaurant and different sitting areas where you can relax and chill with a cocktail. Their breakfast is superb! Our room was facing the ocean and one could listen to the waves at night, it was incredible. Fully equipped bungalow and the amenities will not let you down. The hotel service was fast and helpful. We were looking for a hotel with privacy and still close to the town, this was the best option!

I had the best experience in Blue Mist. This hotel is perfect for couples! We had the best meals in the hotel restaurant and enjoyed every day watching the sunset from the beach club. The staff in so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it and I hope to be back soon

Out stay at Blue mist was perfect! The staff was amazing, kind and super friendly. The hotel has the best restaurant and beach club in the area, It was the best place to spend our time cause it has everything. Located near hermosa beach which was perfect for us because we came also to surf. We will be back for sure!

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location in Santa Teresa made enjoying the peaceful beach and we can’t wait to return to BlueMost on our next visit to Cobano. Excellent food, glorious attention from all staff and great internet for working. Highly recommended!”

We found this place from a friend who was renting a house next to it but he ended up spending most of his time at this hotel. Our overall stay was exceptional. Location is next to the most famous surf spot but the beach in front of the hotel is completely private and relaxed. So you get privacy but also access to a beach playground if you surf. The reefs make it hard to swim if you don’t know the tides but this is all over this side of CR. 8/10 The sunsets were phenomenal. See photo. 10/10 The nature. Speechless. In our short stay we show iguanas, white faces monkeys, howler and spider monkeys inside the hotel’s space. 10/10 The villas are brand new, built from wood and bamboo with huge windows that overlook the ocean (in our case it was beachfront). 9/10 The beach club offers all day menu with the same vibe and nature described above. Locals visit a lot to spend family time here. Breakfast 9/10. Drinks 9/10. Dinner 8/10 Honestly I can go on forever. Could not recommend this enough if you want privacy, you like surfing and also can afford it.

Wow! What an amazing experience. It always starts with the people. Their staff are absolutely wonderful, friendly, courteous and quickly respond to any request. The resort itself does not disappoint. We loved our accommodations and the amenities. Everything is modern and perfect. I even had to do a few Zoom calls for work and the internet was the best I used in Costa Rica. Don't pass this place up!

If you’re looking for a nice quiet place to enjoy sunset with the company of your friends, with good food and good drinks, DO NOT GO HERE. The music is absolutely HORRIBLE. Levels of loud so that you can’t have a conversation with the person next to you. we asked the server to have it turned down, they in fact then turned it up. I would be happy with some downtempo or chill house at a reasonable level, but it was hardcore techo thumping away at 4PM. You can’t hear, nor even see a bird or animal. Can’t hear the ocean despite it being on the ocean. Moreover, while surfing at sunset their music is so loud that you can hear it in the lineup 200 meters away and IN THE OCEAN. The food and the drinks are very expensive and mediocre. Definitely not getting what your paying for. The staff is arrogant, slow and inattentive. ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE ARE DONE BY FRIENDS AND STAFF of the “owners.” This place is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE.
