Everything was great.

I stand at the hotel on Thursday July 6th. The gentleman on the afternoon shift was very professional and very nice. I’ve stand there three other times and he’s always been the same, professional and nice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room was clean, comfy bed with lots of pillows.

Wonderful check in and out ! Very relaxed and super comfy bed. Breakfast was very nice. Safe and secure location. Would stay again without question.

Extremely condescending, unprofessional and downright rude Front Desk Clerk (Tony). I won't go into details but after this shocking incident, I searched for his name on this hotel's Trip Advisor listing. My search resulted in too many to list complaints about this individual - going back years! LaQuinta's full knowledge and "silent consent" of this behavior, has convinced me to never stay at ANY LaQuinta ever again. Afterall, corporate management is fully aware of this REPEATEDLY REPORTED behavior of this individual and yet has chosen to allow and continues to allow and consent to it.

Nice area, beautiful entree until you hit the lobby at 7:30 PM and it is the same hot and humid 88 degrees outside. Room AC worked great. Checking went fine, room is nice, comfortable bed, good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. TV didn’t work which normally would be an issue. But comfortable bed and a good shower and a cool room was all that was needed. The staff was helpful. For the staff sake and first impressions I hope they get the AC fixed in the lobby. Did not try the breakfast.

They booked this because of the pool. We get there and the pool's not open but not told why. The elevator didn't work. The vending machines were empty. This snack area next to check in look like everything had been stolen and they never replaced it. It was empty. At breakfast the juice and orange juice machine was broken.. The heat was blasting in the lobby where you eat breakfast and everyone was sweating. The comforter had mold on it. I don't think there's a general manager in this location By the way it's managed. I will not be back.

what a lovely stay ! our room was sparkling clean and well-stocked. the beds were wonderfully soft and the shower water pressure is 10/10. the breakfast bar was yummy on both mornings as well, and the staff was super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. we did have a small problem with our room keys being on the fritz, but the issue was corrected expeditiously. i would absolutely stay here again !

The room was average for a LaQuinta, room was clean and bed was very comfortable and clean as well. The area was quiet and tons of shops and restaurants in the area. The five draw backs are as follows. The pictures on the site definitely need to be updated for the lobby area, it looked nothing like the online photos, a little run down looking. The elevator needs some love, felt like we were on final destination . The exterior doors card readers didn’t work. The room air unit was under a desk that was attached to the wall and went the length of the room. It blocked the air flow and had to crank it down as low as it would go to feel comfortable. The breakfast is a hit or miss with the main food items. One day there were no eggs or bacon just gravy, then the next day there was eggs and bacon and no gravy. Seemed a little inconsistent from day to day. Overall for the price and location I would give it a 6 out of 10.

The only good thing about our stay was that the beds were comfy. The hotel is in serious need of an upgrade or deep cleaning. Staff unfriendly and not helpful. Stayed for 3 nights and they never emptied our garage cans or made up the room. The staff would quote inconsistent policies (e.g., how many room keys you can get, who can request a room key, etc.). Card reading systems clearly broken because every time (I mean every time) we had to get into our room, the room key wouldn’t work. Payed an exorbitant rate (3x their normal rate) given that we were here for a sports tournament. Don’t recommend this hotel.

I am actually at the motel now, as I wrote this, and I was accused of smoking in my room last night. And I do not smoke anything. The man at the desk refuses to call the manager. And get her up here so I may speak to her, but from what I understand it is out of her hands anyway, but they have already charged me 400 bucks. From what I have seen so four hundred bucks plus my deposit of a hundred n50 it will cost me a lot more, but can anyone? Suggest. or refer a good lawyer?

The rooms were very spacious, and they had a pleasant staff. The one issue I had was that the key card wouldn't function if your cellphone was too close to the door when you tried to open it. I had to set my cellphone on the floor away from the door in order to get the keycard to work. Others had this same problem as we were told by the staff there.

No food at 7:45 Sunday morning. Pancake batter all over floor and no one cleaned it up. No eggs, bread or meat, not sure what I paid for, but sure didn’t get it. Out of coffee lids and when I asked for 4 copies of an item was told the copier didn’t work! Glad Panera Bread was close to accommodate all the guests left wanting something to eat. Front desk was not helpful or very caring of the situation.
