SpringHill Suites Coeur d'Alene

The hotel is clean and the best thing about this property are the staff. Management needs to be commended, the staff are extremely well trained ( or very good hires)! The location is OK, not really in the city of Coeur d’ Alene, so need to drive or you could walk to a few restaurants.

Great quiet room that was large and had everything we needed for a great sleep! Breakfast was great too. Had a glimpse of the river from room. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Staff was very courteous and professional. It was a great place to stay for our road trip passing thru.

Clean isn't the word, our suite was spotless. The only thing wrong, no soap in shower dispenser. Quite, comfortable and even a night lite. They're breakfast was great and servers even better. Mimosas, smoothies, and an oatmeal bar was fantastic.

Great place for family. Clean, friendly, and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Only a couple blocks from the river and it's a great walk along the river where you'll hit a couple parks for the young ones.

What a wonderful surprise .. from a spring hill . The hotel is one of the best spring hills I have stayed at in the last year. Very clean and pride of the management and staff. The room was very comfortable and bed was great . Nice quiet room, breakfast good . I would stay again

What a great place to stay! The front desk staff is SO NICE, the breakfast is FANTASTIC, and the room was clean and perfect. We payed triple the price for the fancy resort in town the first time we visited CDA, but we will start staying here instead. The only thing I would add to the room is a mirror on the wall. There's a divider that provides an extra dressing space with couch, refrigerator and desk. If there was a mirror on the wall, it could be used as a hair/makeup area when the other person is in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great!

We have been platinum members for many years until we retired. We used points to stay here for a week. From the time you enter this hotel until you leave is one of the best hotel experiences. This hotel needs to be the standard of all of the Marriott Brands. The entire staff goes above and beyond in making your stay there a memorable one. Spacious rooms , clean, and Comfortable. Breakfast is the best among the Marriott brands. Ally with kindness and professionalism is great !! Also complementary happy hour 5-7 wine, beer , soft drinks and chips. You have many restaurants within walking distance. Thanks to everyone at this hotel for the wonderful experience.

Great hotel right up the street from Downtown. The rooms are very nice and the breakfasts are also very good. It was a great place to stay and is well maintained. The hotel is within walking distance of various restaurants and shopping/stores.

I am a Marriott platinum with over 1000 nights. This hotel is fairly new. It is well kept and fresh. The staff is excellent. It is located on the Main Street going down to the harbor. Also located near many restaurants and shops. Plaques on the wall recognize it as one of the very top rated Springhill suites. The free Breakfast was above average for this type of hotel. Everything about was nice. We left some things in the room. Thanks to Ally for locating them and sending them to us.
