Lemon Tree Hotel Coimbatore

Rooms was smelly. wardrobe, windows was not cleaned. The worst thing is breakfast. I booked with breakfast but we decided to leave the property at 6am, so I ask to pack my breakfast for 4 person. The pratha was not baked properly that why no one ate. I ask to pack sandwich and they pack to small sandwich with tomato and some cucumber slices. Two samll cup of watermelon fruit salad. I booked the property because of swimming pool but they didn't inform me about that pool was under construction. The location was very interior about 9 km from main madurai haiway with narrow connected road. Over all experience was very bad.

The clean and spacious room has made us completely satisfied. The staff's communication is excellent and polite. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and delicious. We enjoyed our stay. My daughter left her new mobile charger in the hotel. One of their staff members, Mr. Nehru, contacted us and returned it by courier.

We recently celebrated our baby shower function, and it was such a memorable event. The hall was spacious, the food was delicious, and the arrangements were handled beautifully. Everything was well-coordinated, and our guests felt truly comfortable and happy. A heartfelt thanks to the team for making this day so special for us. Thank you to the whole team members who supported and taken care of us very well throughout the function.
