Lift not working. AC not working. Rooms not cleaned properly. General upkeep should be improved. Power back up should be in working condition

They didn't provide towel, soap, brush and paste for refreshing. Lights in the room were not good.
They didn't provide room key.
Other than that everything is fine.

Calm and quiet location. Food is satisfactory. Old dated mattress, bathroom fixtures used. TV equipped but not working. No security about your valuables especially money when you are outside because I lost money from my hand bag kept safe inside the room. Room key was handed over to a lady receptionist and was under the direct custody of her who left immediately as soon as I noticed and complained the money loss.

Room conditions pathetic. No maintenance. Bedsheets and pillow covers are all stained. Pictures in the booking site is deceiving. Cannot be rated even single star in any aspect

This is the worst Hotel experience I have had till date.
1. The towels were not present when we checked in.
2. The room beds and lenin was not clean at all.
3. Most importantly the pictures shown on the platform are not at all the same in reality.
