Very worst experience. We suffered half of the nights without power. No proper water facility. Room was tidy. No response from the management side. Terrible and worst stay ever.

Reception person was so rude and used indecent words. Rooms very dirty, towel black in color, toilet not clean, worst experience. So checked out before given time

*disappointing stay - poor service and unprofessional staff* rating: 1/5 i had the misfortune of staying at *coral residency in coimbatore*, and i must warn others to avoid this place. The owner and receptionist were extremely uncooperative and rude. The room cleaning service was nonexistent, and we had to deal with unhygienic conditions throughout our stay. To add insult to injury, they charged us extra fees for no valid reason. The staff's behavior was appalling, especially when it came to dealing with my family. They shouted at my wife and parents, making our stay even more uncomfortable. Even basic amenities like diaper disposal facilities for my child were lacking. The overall experience was terrible, and i would not recommend coral residency to anyone. Makemytrip, i hope you take necessary actions to address these issues and ensure better experiences for your customers in the future. Josmy mathew

It was good i stayed for one day. Wash rooms can be better. Location and availability of food and tea coffee etc is difficult.

Very bad customer service and rude receptionist. When we reached 5pm this place, our booked room was not ready. The receptionist told the check out will be 24 hours in out timing since the room was not ready. Next morning he came and asked to check out at noon very rudely. Toilet cleanness is only average. Tv wasnt working. Dusty areas in the room. No heater working in the bathroom evening time. I wont recommend this place if you prefer a peaceful stay in coimbatore. Very bad services

I recently had the pleasure of staying at coral residency and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and very helpful ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was clean and spacious. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient for my oet exam purpose. I highly recommend core l residency to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Very near to karpagam higher education institute. Also so many small hotels around this area(especially arumugam mess, very tasty & budget friendly hotel. This residency is very neat & clean. Also budget friendly.
