I left a jacket at the property. The host refused to send it back to me. Just not friendly and helpful. The host was very responsive. But after I checked out and asked him if he found my jacket, he was super slow in relying. This makes me think what he did previously was not from his heart but for money. Sorry I am just sad and emotion that I have wasted time in hoping he might help me send back my jacket.

Amazing room that exceeded my expectations! Large room with comfy bed and immaculately clean and comfortable linens. Bathroom is large with a standalone shower with a large rainfall shower head. The room also had a great air conditioner that cooled the room to a comfortable 21 Celius which was greatly need as it got as hot as 38Celius when we were there! The keyless pads to get into the house and the room was also great. Highly recommend.

The room was well lit, cheerful, and tidy. Pleasant location, the staff was helpful and welcoming. Our overall stay was great, will recommend this to everyone visiting portugal, europe x ayaan x sunrush x

We had an overnight stay here. Apartment was spacious, with a great shower. Very well equipped and light and airy. For a European city the size of room was great. Ricardo was very friendly and helpful. He was great at booking us train tickets as we could not get the website to translate to English. A good stay. Would definitely recommend

No air-conditioning and no fans made for an uncomfortable stay. If you leave the windows open, the street noise from the busy street and the party-people keep you up. All rooms are 1 to 3 flights up with no elevator. We spent a mostly sleepless night here due to the heat and noise. I would never consider staying here again.

Excellent location and nice accommodations. Bruno was very quick to respond to our questions about parking. The location was around the corner from the main square, full of life, restaurants, music, shops. Apartment was large and well equipped, although an additional comfortable chair would have been nice! Shower was tiny, as was bathroom, but not unusual for Europe apartments! This is a great value and we would stay here again if ever in Coimbra.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento 41, al quarto piano del residence. Semplicemente delizioso. Travi a vista, arredato con gusto, spazioso, cucina con microonde, lavastoviglie, forno, frigo. Finalmente dei teli per la doccia “grandi”! Nel cuore della città. Non ha un parcheggio ed è necessario lasciare l’auto in un parcheggio privato a 15 euro al giorno.

Ricardo è stato estremamente disponibile e premuroso, gli abbiamo lasciato le valigie prima del check-in e ce le ha fatte trovare in camera. La camera era ben manutenuta, pulita e molto spaziosa. Aprendo le finestre si creava un po' di corrente che in un attimo rinfrescava la camera. Situato nei pressi del centro e comunque a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria. Molti bar nei dintorni dove poter fare colazione e anche molti ristoranti per la cena. Purtroppo non ha l'ascensore, quindi arrivare al quarto piano è stato un po' scomodo. Tornassi indietro tornerei comunque lì, tanto la maggior parte del Portogallo è tutto un su e giù!

Appartamenti situati in pieno centro nella parte bassa della città. Molto pulito, ben arredato e con ogni tipo di comfort. Parcheggio del mercato a pochi metri. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Personale molto disponibile. Lo consiglio
