Visited for friends birthday hotel was spotless staff so friendly,breakfast was amazing and hot took ur cooked breakfast order not like the normal help yourself buffet style,the manager Sarah was very friendly and helpful so we're all the staff we come across,will definitely be back.

Lovely friendly polite staff . Accessible hotel with plenty of parking. Clean and comfortable room with fresh bedding and towels. Shower hot and easy to use. Food cooked fresh and served hot with plenty of choice. Easy access to motorway. All in all a great experience.

Great clean room, lovely bathroom, quiet hotel, fantastic staff. On top of that your handy for shops, restaurants, Motorway and public transport (especially to. Cardiff). Situated next to Miller & Carter and beside McArthur Glen Shopping village there’s enough to keep you entertained on site. Next to bus stop for direct travel to Cardiff if you don’t want to drive

Absolutely amazing staff always helpful Kelly at reception helped us loads very friendly Karen on nights very friendly the room was spotless bed was very comfortable Sharon waitress was quick taking orders friendly helped us with any questions asked breakfast was lovely loads to choose from Absolutely great value for money would definitely stay again recommend to friends and family

The breakfast staff was amazing especially Sharon she couldn’t do enough for us out standing. We had a wonderful time thank you all.would definitely be coming back soon.also the rest of the staff were so helpful and room was spotless overall very pleased.

The hotel was really clean staff were amazing Jessica Williams housekeeper was so helpful Linda and Helena it kitchen cooked best breakfast at any premier inn it's close shops and easy access to M4 junction the staff definitely made stay happily come again

Best Premier inn we stay at. Always friendly staff on hand and the best breakast ever....cooked my boiled eggs to perfection. Great location, just off the M4 and in easy reach of Cardiff. Very close to fantasyic beaches e.g Porthcawl and of course the shopping centre which is literally a 5 minute walk.

Great 3 night stay. So comfortable and quiet.Staff are friendly,helpful and polite. Worth the extra for Premier Plus room., Been in a few Premier Inns but this one is always outstanding. Handy for shops. Good steak house next door. Very clean. Highly recommended. Staff were all good but the two lady chefs in the kitchen were cooking the best food ever. Ideal for shopping and seaside of Porthcawl.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bridgend Central Hotel, the rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and only to happy to help. They took time to talk to us and made us feel really welcome. Very close to the outlet centre. Will definitely stay there again.
