Me and my family stayed at Hane Sun Elite Hotel for a week, and this is my thoughts! At first sight the hotel seems nice, fresh & luxurious, which partially matches the experience. The hotel offers both a pool and a beach. A big plus is that there is a bus from the hotel that transports you to the beach, where there are sunbeds, food and drinks. The hotel has waterslides that work for children as well as youth and adults. The pool is large and can accommodate many people. Despite this it should be more sunbeds around the pool and also places to sit in the dining room. Because if you don't reserve early (which you're not even allowed to do) then you'll be left without a sunbed or a place to sit. The communication. Some in the staff do not speak English, which prevents effective communication. Despite communication problems, many are very nice. The rooms are modern and fresh. However, we had a lot of problems with the sewer, because it smelled in our room. Every time we had left the room for a long time, the whole room almost smelled like toilet. It is also VERY responsive in the rooms. Everything that happens outside is heard straight in. We stayed on the pool side and heard music and noise late at night. So you have to be prepared for that. The music near the pool at day is also very repetative, they play the same songs every day. The photo shots: Some days you could take pictures with animals by the pool such as a parrot, lizard, snake or a monkey. It does not feel morally right to have animals here just so they can be in pictures. You could see that the animals were not comfortable with this. Instead they should live the life they are meant for, out in the wild. The experience at this hotel has been overall okay. The food is okay, the drinks too. The staff is doing their very best. The pool and the beach gets an extra plus from us. The hotel is fairly modern and fresh, but there are some areas that could be improved. Therefore Hane Sun Elite Hotel gets 3/5 ⭐️

Positives: great wellness, turkish spa and hamam, amazing evening programmes, evening meals especially salad bar, beach refreshment and lady with Turkish pancakes, fantastic desserts, bus to the beach Minuses: a lot of smoking people, even at breakfast among little kids, noice around the pool all day long, not good coffee and cocktails, poor breakfast, you have to queue for everything good (omelletes, pancakes, supper meals....), stairs to the beach and from the pool upstairs - quite difficult with the pram). Poor English of the staff especially at the reception. Overall we enjoyed our stay but next time we will choose something else.

Tasty food, great people, always smiling. Great animators, always smiling, children love spending time with them, especially with Cems, a great girl runs a disco for children in the evening, there are also animations for adults, the hotel is modern and clean, I recommend it.

İlk kez geldiğmiz bu otel beklentiletimizin fazlasını karşıladı, yemekler lezetli odalar temiz. özellikle animasyon ekibi oldukça başarılı. Ekipten hüseyin, memo ve murata teşekkür ediyoruz. Herkesin gelip güzel vakit geçirebileceği bu oteli tavsiye ediyoruz.

Отдыхали в апреле 2025 с сестрой и двумя детьми, 12 дней. Отдыхом остались супер довольны!!! Хочу отметить работу обслуживающего персонала, все большие молодцы, ресепшен, официанты, бармены, водитель автобуса, все приветливые улыбчивые, везде чистота и порядок. Питание шикарное, пытались попробовать всё, но это не реально, пришлось поправиться на 2 кг))) Номера отличные, обстановка, постели, сантехника, всё в хорошем состоянии, балкон у нас выходил на центральный вход, тишина и покой. Пляж прекрасный, на автобусе минут 6, пешком примерно 15 мин неспешным шагом, вход в море пологий, песочек чистый) Отдельную благодарность хочу выразить анимационной команде, ребята создают приятную и дружественную атмосферу, общаются, шутят, развлекают детей и взрослых с утра до вечера, было классно и весело с ними общаться! Мурат, Арслан, Мемо - большой Вам привет, Вы клевые!))) В целом отель совершенно оправдал наши ожидания и мы прекрасно отдохнули. Дети подростки очень оценили наличие wi-fi хорошего качества))) Спасибо Вам, Hane Sun Elite Hotel!!!!
