Commodore Elite Suites & Spa - All Inclusive - Adult Only

2nd time here and WOW, this hotel just gets better. this is one of the most chilled out hotels we've stayed at, no loud music or loud people and everyone follows the dress code for dining, rooms are spotless and very modern and beautifully decorated. The staff here are amazing from the girls in the piano bar to the staff at the Elite Bistro, Harbour Bar, Sweet Dreams Coffee shop and the sailor bar along with the fantastic waiters/waitresses in the dining rooms and bars. The animation team work hard to keep everyone entertained and Mustapha deserves a big shout out for being everywhere and always smiling. The food here is incredible and there is so much choice and being able to have a BBQ lunch at the beach bar is something special. I would like to thank Gulay on reception for going out of her way to look after us, she sorted out our upgraded room (not free) for our special occasion and nothing was too much trouble for her. We cant wait to return and switch off and watch the world go by.

This was our 2nd visit in a year to the Commodore. I've noticed a lot of other reviews are also from returning customers. I think that tells you all you need to know. Every member of staff are so friendly and helpful. Once again they have an excellent choice of food and drink, best I've experienced in an all inclusive.

Stayed for a week from 27th December. We decided to book a deluxe suite which was well worth it. Lots of space, a huge, comfy king bed and massive wrap around balcony with sunbeds and great views. The mini bar was re-stocked every day with soft drinks, water and beer. The cleaner was very friendly and efficient. The all inclusive is fantastic. Top shelf drinks available at no extra cost. Cocktails plentiful and tasty. Beer was Tuborg and Carlsberg. Food was also very good, so much choice. We were allowed one visit to one of the speciality restaurants. We chose the Italian. Make sure you don't eat much that day as there is loads of food. I was a little disappointed with the lamb chop main, not cooked to my preference and very fatty, but that's just my preference. When the main restaurants aren't open, there is a snack menu available (3pm-7am) with a good selection of sandwiches/burgers/pasta etc. The beach bar was open 4 out of the 7 days we were there and again (due to weather), excellent waiter service and Snacks available. The beach is kept immaculate. New Years Eve was great, again 5 courses and flowing drinks, with good entertainment. The hotel is a 20 minute dolmus/taxi ride away from the centre of Side and is worth a visit. Would definitely return, maybe when a bit warmer, but we couldn't complain at 19/20 degrees in the day.
