Be very careful on the water slides. My girlfriend split her head open on one of the water slides. It threw us both out of the dingy going down the pipe. We followed all the rules. My girlfriend needed 10 stitches in her head. The life guards had no real first aid experience and were so slow to react. We spoke to the manager a guy called TUNA, he had no empathy and wasn’t really sorry, he just brushed us off. I said to him what if that was a young child to which he had no answer. There were a few other incidents we also witnessed, another guy split his head open and other young children were also thrown out of their dingy. My girlfriend left a review on Tripadvisor too and the manager TUNA, told a complete pack of lies to cover himself. We received absolutely nothing to our room what so ever. If your going on the slides he very careful especially if you’ve children. The manager took no responsibility at all, even though we abided by the rules.

⚠️ warning! There are little shops on the way to pool stay away from toy shop guy is s total scam! Price will always be different at the till. We had great time, great weather and have felt being welcomed. If you looking for a quiet romantic hotel forget about it. Main Hotel is sorunded by garden villas, garden itself is super clean and green. Hotel itself is s bit dated but tidy. The cleanliness of the rooms is acceptable. Pools are kept nice and clean as well as the sandy beach ( there is line of pebbles on shore thrown by the waves) This is 100% family hotel with ton of things to do for kids. Slides, pools, mini zoo, privet beach and blow up ships etc. The worst thing about hotel is food, it's massive choice and definitely you not going to be hungry. But overall feeling is that people cooking there go by the rule of that will do....

Amazing holiday with family of 6 ranging from new wed couple, 18yr old man and 12 year old girl. Really good resort, with loads of activities. Food is top, cleanliness too. All in all very good resort for families as well as couples. Would highly recommend it. Only suggestion is that evening performances are projected on big screen so more people can enjoy it!!!

This place is full of amazing staff and the entertainment is amazing, always make you clap along and enjoy your night. Great for kids and family’s and friends to come along, only been here 2 days and I don’t want to go home. Definitely will be coming back at some point

Absolutely amazing hotel, so much to do and see, beautiful grounds and spotlessly clean everywhere. However I have one issue that has plagued my entire visit and that is the two absolutely gorgeous, sweet Golden retrievers Daisy and Bebek (mother and daughter) that are kept locked up in tiny, separate areas in the ‘mini zoo’. Please can these poor babies have some grassy areas with maybe a pond or something to keep them cool, they didn’t even have a bed just dirt to lay on. Absolutely heartbreaking! I really want to adopt them bring them home to the UK. So if anyone has any ideas how to do this please let me know. If not and you do decide to visit this hotel (it is a fabulous place, for all ages) please take these beautiful girls some meat when you go to see them. They were so excited when they saw us coming as they knew they’d be getting some treats.

Honest review: The resort is perfect for families. We travelled as a group of 13 with 3 children aged between 7-14 years. Hotel rooms - we booked 3 x duplex rooms however these were over booked so we were offered alternatives on arrival which worked well for us. We ended up with 3 x rooms in the main building which we would highly recommend. Food - Overall the food quality is good. However if you are looking to eat traditional British dishes this hotel may not work for you. Although they do provide nuggets, chips and pasta during all meals. There are so many choices especially if you like fruit. Pools - The pools and water park are perfect for all of the family and very well kept. Sunbed - we had never had issues getting some, however if you were looking for some shade you need to get up a little earlier. Drinks - The only queue we witnessed was at the main bar and it was a little slow. I would recommend using the star bucks bar or the outside bar as we never had a problem there. Staff - Considering the volumes of people being catered for and the heat. I think the staff do an amazing job. Only recommendation would be if the staff could wear little flags so you know which languages they speak as given the number of nationality’s of the guests they all speak several languages but not always English (from an arrogant Brit who only speaks one language!) Ice Creams - I think the system of offering various lollies, ice creams, waffles & churros between 4pm-6pm works okay. There is always a small queue but you never wait more than a few minutes. If you want to purchase cornetto’s etc outside of this time, the cost is €3-4 each. Which we were happy to pay for my sons. Water Sports - Dennis the Menace is your man! Look out for him in his Gold’s Gym vest to book your water sports. We did the sofa, parasailing and had a private boat trip which were enjoyed by all of the family. Dennis’s service was a 10 out 10 from all of us! We also got a great deal on all the photos and videos for the activities. Whilst the hotel is not perfect overall I would recommend for families. Those travelling without kids may find it a little overwhelming.
