you actually receive one. Sometimes they even forget. Also communicating with staff was pretty difficult as most of them did not know much or ant English. We requested our money back and they refused. They offered a room change but it was the same room just a couple doors down. We rejected that room and asked for a better one and they had us pay an additional price just for that room. It was on the elite side and it was better than the room we had been assigned. We then had to pay an extra couple hours due to a late flight and they proceeded to let us know that our room was not available but they had another for us. So yet again another room change. This room was the absolute worst room I had ever seen. The toilet was slanted, the floors dirty once again, and there was a window….SHOWING THE HALLWAY. Who does that? Very terrible accommodation for a paying customer. This place is really not worth spending your money. I felt highly uncomfortable with the cleanliness. I do not recommend. The outside area is nice with greenery but the inside is atrociously outdated.

We stayed at Vonresort expecting a 5-star experience, but unfortunately, the services and overall quality did not meet our expectations. **Here are the main issues we encountered during our stay:** * **Restaurant hygiene**: Cats were frequently walking around the restaurant where meals were served. This raised serious hygiene concerns. Also, there were no napkins on the tables – a basic item that was constantly missing. * **Drinks served in disposable cups**: All drinks, including those at the bars, were served in plastic or cardboard cups. This is unacceptable in a so-called 5-star resort. * **Food variety and organization**: The same meals were served almost every day, with little to no variety. Long queues were common and the overall organization was poor. * **Lack of English-speaking staff**: Most of the staff could not speak or understand English, making communication very difficult. When we brought up complaints (especially regarding the cats) to Guest Relations, we were simply told there was nothing they could do. * **No early breakfast service**: We requested a takeaway breakfast since we were leaving at 3:00 AM, but were told that the hotel doesn’t offer this service. Again, disappointing for a hotel in this category. * **Towel policy**: We received towel cards, but were told towels could only be exchanged during specific hours. The cards were also retained until the end of our stay, which was unnecessarily inconvenient. * **Untrained and unprofessional staff**: The majority of the personnel appeared untrained and lacked basic hospitality manners. This significantly impacted the overall experience. **Final thoughts:** This is not a 5-star hotel by any standard. The overall service quality, cleanliness, and professionalism are far below what is expected at this level. At best, I would rate this as a 3-star property. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a true premium experience.

Golden Coast is the perfect destination for a fun and vibrant holiday! There are so many activities to enjoy – aqua gym, darts, Zumba, trampoline, step aerobics, aperitif games, and amazing evening shows. Everything your heart could wish for! Especially Sena made our stay unforgettable – she’s not only beautiful and kind, but a true entertainer with passion. Always smiling, full of energy, and connecting with everyone from the heart.

The resort is clean. But all finished there. The food is ok, not much choice, same food represented for all the meals. It’s the first time our 2 children really struggled to eat something different than pasta or burger and chips. The huge down of this place is the animation! In the evenings this place is dead! 45 minutes max of very randomly organized games to rush to put the big tv screens on for football! Really hard to keep children occupied ! No music , nothing at all. During the day same story. The most boring place we ever been in! Bingo night a disaster, 3€ to participate with one card. Not a really all inclusive, everything is to pay for! Stuff most of the time indifferent or can’t communicate as not English speaking. Not what we were expecting.

I have stayed in numerous hotels, but this hotel is among the best in every aspect. I will come back to this hotel again. This hotel is amazing:My recommendation is to stay at this hotel. Rest assured, you won’t regret it.In this hotel, they provide you with the best services.

Every thing was good . WiFi in the room can improve. But very good costumer service. Good was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly Will definitely be coming back. Every thing was smooth from the time we landed. Great staff. Thank you
