Victory be Mine

This was the best hotel I’ve ever been in my entire life. And I’ve been to many 5 star hotels. They had the best aqua parks ever. I went there everyday. And the food is amazing. I wish that I could eat that food everyday. You even had the best amusement park I’ve seen in my life. The kids club was amazing and I went there everyday. I wish the fun would never end. At night I always watched the show and I couldn’t leave without seeing every bit of the show. When I came back home, I felt like something was missing. And that was this hotel! The hotel succeeded in all parts. The personal did an amazing job and constantly provided visitors with a good mood! There were things to do for all ages and you will definitely not get bored. Everybody gave it their all and there was zero negative in the atmosphere. One more thing that I enjoyed that was not present in the other hotels were the roller coasters. There was a good choice of them and people of all ages could ride. That was something that was for sure memorizable.

Has a 2 week stay here and it unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. Hotel and grounds are lovely, kept very clean and the rooms are very good aswell. Swimming pools and Aqua park are big plus points also. Drinks are very good. Onto the negatives.... Arrival and check-in at hotel staff weren't exactly welcoming, not much information given out just give you your room key and told to get on with it basically. Don't think I had more than 2 hours sleep a night here it was horrendous. Noise noise noise all through the night. Staff on the most part were unapproachable and seemed to hate their jobs. The review system going on here with every member of staff showcasing their review 'score' on their name badge just doesn't give off good vibes either never seen that before. Hotel is very review conscience. Staff prompting you to go to touchscreen to leave them a good score and recieving a letter in room door prior to checkout basically begging you for a great review, with a chance to win a holiday back here for doing so. Nowhere near enough staff pouring drinks at bars and lengthy wait times to order a drink alot of the time. Biggest negative here is the food. I simply can't believe the amount of people saying how good the food is here!? Most of it was tasteless. Probably worst All inclusive food iv had to be honest. All looks good in pictures and videos, but it really was a struggle some days to eat anything atall. Not to mention dinner time is like feeding time at the zoo. Long queue's everywhere and people pushing through constantly it was horrendous doesn't seem big enough eating areas for the amount of guests staying here. Mexican a la carte was that bad at least we had a laugh. Was nothing mexican about the food here it was awful. I don't want to be seen slagging this place as it is not my intention. The place has enormous potential and they do try hard in certain areas. We still enjoyed our holiday and made the most of it but I absolutely would not come back here, there are much much better hotels in Turkey for similar money.

I started this review by looking at some of the negative ones, as we have just returned and I'm afraid I have to disagree with the comments about the hotel. A little research before going would be a good idea, we only saw two other British families and English isn't widely used, however we got by and completely enjoyed our stay. (p.s there are many apps to help you with language barriers) check-in was fast and easier, we even managed to negotiate a room of higher quality in a quiet part of the hotel at a very reasonable rate, with probably the biggest balcony we have had on our trips to Turkey the hotel is split into two adjoining areas and you are free to use all the facilities. I'm going to bullet point the next bit because the pictures from travellers are pretty accurate. Room: spacious, clean, stocked, with storage, safe, mini bar, beds comfortable and cleaned daily Pools: two large, two slide pools and two kids pools Food: is very well prepared, with a wide selection and themed nights, you can find something to eat 24hrs a day Drinks: likewise 24hrs a day I would highly recommend the watermelon daiquiri by the pool, though not my usual Sauna: Massages, steam room, theropies, jacuzzi etc Beach: is not 15mins away, its more 7mins walk which we did every day, its impossible to get lost as people can be seen walking the route all through the day. there are 3 rotating shuttle buses taking people to the beach from right outside the hotel, the buses are clean, window air con and polite drivers. The beach has two restaurants and bars, plenty of shaded beds, sand, sea, water sports, places to change and to shower, highly recommend having the traditional stuffed lavash made fresh by experts Entertainment: kids club, water polo, arts and crafts, archery, pool aerobics, music all sorts during the day, at night mini disco, music, circus, foam party, themed nights and even a fun fair on site after which we sat in the reception bar with one of the many cocktails Site seeing: Get out and about, plenty to sea and do, love the old town in Side Shopping: there are Bazars everywhere catering for all sorts, Food, drink, snacks, local delicacys and clothes, bags, shoes, toys etc certainly came home with more clothes than we went with, and haggle always haggle you be surprised by the discount. Don't want to end on a negative so will add things they could change here, If you want a safe you have to pay for it via reception, the same if you want an iron, so we took a travel iron. Towels, you are given cards when you arrive, which you exchange for towels, a daily message says you can not save a sun lounger by the pool with a towel and it will be removed, this seemed very selective and people would leave towles and go to the beach while other had there towels taken away, the rule should apply to all or not at all, the way people got around this was to leave items of clothes too, i think the hotel could do better here with policy.
