Adalya Art Side - Ultra All Inclusive

Just come back from 7 nights, with 3 children aged 3, 7 and 16. The 4th all inclusive that we have tried and really do recommend this hotel, everything was great. (The others being Royal Dragon, Crystal Admiral, Crystal Sunset) If they was all the same price I would go with Adayla Artside. They just seemed to have the few little extra touches that made it stand out. The staff really do make this hotel, they always go out there way to make sure you are looked after. Yes the all inclusive does get a little samey samey but we found there was always something, my daughters loved the pasta live cooking stations. The shops in the hotels were great and found them all really friendly. The local shops are a bonus, you can reach literally 100’s of shops and bazaars with just a few minute walk. The beach bar and restaurant was lovely and we had a great day down there. Cleaning of the room was superb and probaly the best we’ve ever seen, even folding our daughters blankets in to different animals and shapes. Didn’t understand other reviews saying the hotel is prominently German, it doesn’t effect your stay at all, in fact we’ve made lots of friends that we definitely be keeping in contact with. Loved this holiday Actually looking to go back next year Didn't need to spend a penny lots going on food choice was brilliant 😀 could always eat something. Didn't need towels for pool or beach.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff especially Barman Deniz from the pool bar. Really nice and experienced. He is very polite and hard working lovely guy. He made the best drinks in the world. We love you Deniz ❤️ Karolina, Kasia, Lidia and Kamil

We visited this hotel in October. Myself, husband, adult son and mother. The transfer from the airport was straight forward about an hour and 15 minutes journey. On arrival we were greeted by a member of staff who kindly took our cases and led us to reception. We were given 2 wrist bands each 1 green (for adults) and 1 red which is for jet 2 travellers to enable them to have ultra inclusive with premium drinks. We were led to our rooms and cases brought for us. Everything was explained regarding whereabouts of restaurants and bars etc and also how to work the air con and safe. The rooms were large, clean and had balconies to sit out. Everything was provided in the bathrooms such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, etc and the mini fridge was stocked with soft drinks, water and beer. We were also on day 1 provided with 2 bags of crisps. Rooms were cleaned daily. Our views were all of the amphitheater and the main road, the patio door did a good job of keeping the noise down. All this seemed to be a good start to our holiday. Unfortunately as we moved around the hotel we realised we were THE ONLY people there from the uk. This shouldn’t be a problem as we can get along with most people and enjoy the diversity of holidaymakers but we soon realised that the staff struggled to understand anything we were saying as they only spoke German as an alternative language to their own. Some staff didn’t even speak to you and were rude and surly. This was mainly at the beach bar/restaurant. I would like to say that this was not all the staff and many were so kind and helpful some saying they were trying to learn more English so they could communicate with the UK tourists. The staff in the main restaurant were great, very attentive and helpful and the bar staff and waiters in the lobby bar were amazing. Special mention to Cihan who made our holiday special with his pleasant manner, jokes and kindness, Thankyou Cihan. The beach is a short walk away around 8 mins depending on how agile you are. The food is good at the beach bar, burgers, mackerel, pasta, salads, ice creams etc you cannot go hungry. The music is in the background is German catered mostly, with occasional songs we recognised. The beach is lovely, sandy and clean and plenty of sun beds all under shaded canopies. Book al carte as soon as you can they get booked up quickly. Entertainment is each evening usual sort of thing. Acrobats, dancers, singers etc. there were a lot of children at the hotel and we saw the staff entertaining them but if the children were English they would have struggled to understand. The pool was good we enjoyed days around the pool . During our week we did see 2 other English speaking families arrive but if our week was anything to go by this hotel is predominantly for the German tourists. To sum up, we made our holiday ours, we spent time together as a family which in our busy lives was a nice change. The hotel was comfortable and clean with mostly pleasant staff who tried

Did not like wearing red bands some of the waiters at pool bar were rude to the English ignoring us and serving someone else then pushing the beer at us shame very nice hotel but need to cook more English food

Lovely hotel enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend. The food was absolutely amazing you eat like all day for all-inclusive the variety was brilliant never go hungry even if you was a fussy eater. Best all inclusive iv been to you can eat and drink at the beach hut that's included in the all inclusive. With free towels and sun beds. We was greeted by a nice friendly man at the bus drop off he took all our bags to the room. staff at the reception were happy and helpful. There is a variety of shops on site and photographers going around we bought and love our photos off Enes such a nice guy. If I was to be picky as it is a 5* hotel ( my reasons for a 4 rateing )would say to improve the cleaners standard seems lazy at times At one point our beds wasn't made the sheets were just put on the beds. You get free refreshmets in the fridge in your rooms and ours wasn't being re stocked with what we was drinking our fridge didn't get touched all week. The seating area for the entertainment is soo uncomfortable it got unbearable to sit on by the end of the week. And last the slides they open at 10am close at 12 pm and don't re open then untill 2pm and close at 4pm to me they just don't seem open long enough. Overall we had a great stay and would return. the energy of the entertainment staff was brilliant 😊 Take euro not Turkish lira Thank you adalya Artside for a lovely holiday 😊😊
