The best Hotel to calm down. Food and Drinks very good. Room Service Great especially the biggest Thanks to NEDIM!!!! He was so friendly, Nice & did a Special suprise for us in our room. The Room cleaned every day very good by him. We was very happy with the Service at the pools and Beach to! Thanks to All !:-)

Can’t say enough great things about our stay at Liu Resort! We stayed here for 4 nights with our 10 year old daughter and honestly wish we could go back right away! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, Food and cocktails were all terrific, service is incredible and in every way we had a top-tier experience. I’d like to especially recognize the Kids Club team and their staff. Our daughter was not enthusiastic about going there before her first day… and then we couldn’t get her to leave! she had so much fun, especially because the staff is so friendly and welcoming. She still talks about what a great time she had. And of course, a great kids club means parents get some nice adult time too… so everyone is happy! Water park and slides are lots of fun and in general the decor is chic and modern everywhere.

Best service and exceptional hospitality! The staff made our stay incredibly pleasant. Special thanks to Mr. Orberk at reception for his kind and attentive assistance, always ensuring we felt comfortable. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless, and all our needs were met with a smile. The hotel amenities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We loved the convenient location and the welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a wonderful and memorable experience. We came here for honey moon.The holiday was just perfection! When we first came everyone welcomed us nicely.Elena told us about everything in the hotel,about the concept,all of the information and she was so helpful and sweet about all of our questions.When we got to the room there was a cool set up for us.We had a lot of opportunities as a honey moon couple.We had a chance for 1 time to order breakfast in our room and we liked it so much.We were in connection with the WhatsApp Asistance they always replied us so quickly and illuminating! The night activities were so fun especially the theme parties were amazing we had so much fun.At the main restaurant there was a lot of various food everything was so so delicious everyday there was different foods.We loved the cheese section it was so qualified and delicious too.At the beach the mixology bar was our favourite place ☺️The taste of the cocktails were so good and the decoration of them was fascinating. All of the products were so qualified. All of the personals were so friendly and cheerful they were always doing their best to make our holiday good. Thank you so much for everything we will definitely come to this hotel for the next year with our friend group

The hotel, its grounds and facilities are very beautiful and chic and worthy of 5* although it is not a very friendly hotel. The vibe is very pretentious, unwelcoming, unfriendly and a little sterile. There are very few activities for children. The food is good quality but often not replenished at busy periods and we also found the food was actually cold on several occasions. The reataurant staff are not very attentive apart from a couple (Hatice and Ima). The bar staff can be very abrupt and the lack of English speaking staff is very apparent. The staff seem to congregate together to chat and the bar staff talk to each other while you are waiting to order which we found to be rude and unprofessional. The following relate to our experience during our week long stay 1. We had our son’s money taken from our room by housekeeping on day 2. It was left in a glass by his bed and perhaps mistakenly taken 2. ⁠the advertised football at 4pm did not happen from day 3-8 due to lack of participants which was very disappointing for our football mad son 3. ⁠housekeeping is very basic - our son had quite a severe sickness bug and the toilet was not cleaned daily. 4. ⁠our wristbands were cancelled on the last day and we could not get into our room to retrieve our belongings despite the time being 11.35am and check out being 12noon. Reception provided card for access but made no apology for the inconvenience 5. ⁠I requested a cocktail at the Mixology bar from the menu and was abruptly told ‘no’ by the bar staff and told to choose another. No reason was given as to why it could not be made 6. ⁠we made our issues known to reception on check out who did not respond and only stated that it is more suited to adults 7. ⁠ guest relations staff member completely ignored my son and I when trying to hand in the tickets to retrieve our baggage from the left luggage area and chose to speak to the guests waiting behind us. When I explained that we were waiting she abruptly pointed to to the door without a hint of an apology or an offer to retrieve despite the helpful staff who placed it in the room originally. Very very rude. 8. ⁠during our reservation at the A La Carte MIU restaurant, the kitchen could not supply any of the side dishes as they did not have any vegetable side dishes available despite them being on the menu. We asked for spinach but advised there wasn’t any and was asked if asparagus would be acceptable to be told moments later that they had none available. The side of potatoes ordered did not arrive 9. ⁠we requested the a la carte reservation for Friday but were given Saturday with no explanation or choice of timings to dine This poor level of service is not normally associated with a 5* luxury hotel resort. I have stayed at much friendlier and better 4* hotels in Europe. Jet2 should think carefully about selling this hotel as a family friendly resort

I’ve been visited more than 40 countries and may be 10 times was in Antalya and stayed in different hotels, but haven’t ever seen such kind of professional attitude from the hotel staff. The hotel is great. Clean. Dishes are amazing. Especially sea foods and soups. Drinks are really good. We are still here for the beach volleyball camps. The sports responsible of the hotel Mr. Murat is extra helpful with each of our needs. If You want to have an unforgettable rest, You have to choose this hotel for sure.

I was really impressed by Liu Resorts on a recent family holiday, which was our first time in Turkey. The quality of rooms, facilities and food was easily up there with similarly rated hotels in the likes of the Canaries, Western Med and Greece, despite being generally more affordable. Family rooms have two separate bedrooms, which was ideal for us, and each had a TV with Android casting for watching streaming services from your phone/laptop. The bathroom is split into an open sink area and closed-off shower and WC cubicles. The balcony was a reasonable size and had an integrated drying rack for swimming clothes. The main pool was heated during our stay - essential for the kids during a springtime holiday. The water slides were cold but fun for a few minutes at a time, and with the inflatable rafts on some of them you don't have to get that wet anyway. The bar and barista-run coffee bar at the main pool were excellent, covering all bases from beer and cocktails to lattes, iced coffee, ice creams and bar snacks. The choice of food at the buffet restaurant during every meal was very impressive: Turkish, European and lots more such as fresh sushi and live grills. The sweets were extensive and also excellent. We didn't get a chance to try the a la carte restaurants but did sample the chocolate and cake counter by the lobby bar, which was also a hit. The kids club sits under some of the water slides and is small and fairly basic but staff were welcoming. It's close to the gym, so handy for handing the kids over while you get a work-out. The heated indoor pool is fairly compact but we used it on one rainy afternoon - kids can access it even though it is located within the spa. We were very well looked after by the numerous staff. Most spoke English, while others were quick to use a translate app when needed. You can reach guest services on WhatsApp, which we used a fair bit for things like getting milk brought to the room in the evening for the little one. There was a variety of guests - families, young couples and retirees alike. There is an adults-only pool to get away from the kids. Not many other guests were from the UK during our stay - the majority seemed to be Russian. Overall, I would recommend the hotel and would happily return.

The strapline for this hotel is Life is Unique (LIU) but it would be appropriate to rebrand to Life is Queues (LIQ). As a regular visitor to Antalya region and having stayed at Adalya Elite, Titanic Mardan Palace, Titanic Golf Deluxe and Spa and Callista Luxury, Voyage Belek and Voyage Sorgun. This is the worst experience I've had of visiting this region. We arrived at 9.30pm in the evening. The greeting was non-existent and hurried. Normally in these hotels, you are sat down, checked in and offered a welcome drink as someone explains the hotel. Not here. Passports, fill a form, passed across the lobby to guest relations. Take a picture of the sport programme (limited) and the kids club. Scan a QR code for a WhatsApp business service (you can message them if you need anything). Then took to your hotel room with no understanding of the hotel layout etc. There is NO Food available between 11am and 12.30pm, or between 5pm and 6.30pm or between 9.30pm and 11pm. So we found ourselves waiting for food after placing our bags in our room. I've never experienced this in these type of hotels in Turkey. One of the worst experiences my wife had on the 3rd last day of our trip was to be stood in the queue for a burger at 4.45pm and the chef starts putting the lights off to announce, kitchen closed. Fabulous service... it does close for 15mins. I messaged the WhatsApp group on day 2 to ask for hotel information and they duly sent me a link that provided some. Why not make that part of the checkin? The hotel is very well kitted out from an aesthetic point of view. This attracts a lot of instagrammers it would seem. Tripods a plenty here Most times you go to a bar you are met with a queue for a drink. Despite being early season the hotel is running high occupancy (with little services open). After 2 days I made the point to them if I wanted a water or a soft drink then it would be helpful not to wait in a queue behind 5 others ordering cocktails to simply get a quick drink. They took on board my suggestion to put water in bowls at the side of the bars. I found this unbelievable a guest would need to suggest this to them. The queues continued for the remainder of my 10 night stay. I met with the manager of the hotel Olga on day 3 of my stay. I turned up to meet her at reception at the proposed time and waited 20 minutes for her to appear. Life is queues even when you have an appointment. She was pleasant enough but said she could not refund the remainder of my stay (I had asked for this and would simply move hotel). There was an apathy about the meeting with concerns listened too, no answers or suggestions laid out. I decided to try not to let it derail our holiday and we planned in a few days out the hotel in Side. The hotel sent some wine and chocolate to the room as gift following my meeting. A nice touch. At least they were listening. There was no corkscrew to open the wine. That made me chuckle. Just queue at the bar for one I guess. That's a so

The cleaning staff „Nedim“ not only kept the room spotless but also surprised me every day with beautifully folded towels in various shapes. Whether it was animals or other creative designs, these small touches made my stay extra special! The service was thorough and filled with care. Thank you for such excellent work! The Best Bartender – „Resul“!!! Resul made amazing cocktails and always created a great atmosphere. His friendliness and professionalism make him the best bartender!
