Aletris Deluxe Hotel & Spa

WARNING!! BEDBUGS !!!! I went there with my kids and my room was invaded with bedbugs. I´ve been all over the world but this is the first time it happened to us. And the hotel is brand new. Luckily they changed our room but they didn´t wash our clothes or vaccumed our suitcases. So 100% that the bedbugs is in another room now. The staff should be educated in speaking english, not only russian and german. Very strange when it´s so many different nationalities. Food is good. The poolarea is always full with towels on the sunbeds already at 08.00 o´clock by families leaving the towels ALL day and they go to beach. Very annoying. The tile is very slippery by the poolarea and I saw many people fall. Showers by the pool was missing because people coming back from the beach jumped into the pool and it was full of sand on the bottom. The rooms are very bad isolated and you can hear EVERYTHING from the room next door. Our first morning when we wanted to sleep in ( long travel ) the reception called that we had a important meeting. It was just a travelcompany offering different excursions.

we stayed in the hotel for two weeks. we had a great time! very friendly and pleasant staff! We had a lot of fun with Mali Huh, who always sought us out to have a chat or play a game, always tried to involve us in everything. really good guy We really respect Mali in particular, he is good at his job and fun! we had a very nice holiday! otherwise nice hotel Andwr had a really good holliday we will never forget.

As a lot of other reviews have said it’s not a 5 star by any regard, I wish I read them before I got here. Anyway let’s start, the receptions staff the most unhelpful people possible. I don’t know why they don’t smile at all. Where do they get hospitality training from ?? The hotel is a world away from a 5 star. It’s false advertising and should be investigated. I came with the understanding that buffet food was not going to be for me. Which is fine. Food was okay, not 5 star. Leaves me to the staff elsewhere at the hotel are actually nice and not rude. The beach section is okay and the beach bar is okay. Again nothing special or clean. The room is small, the pictures deceive you into thinking it bigger than it actually is. The beds are like a very budget hotel style. Almost like camping in a tent. Further more, the AC is stuck on 20 and no one actually helps, countless times I’ve called the reception about this. I come from humble beginnings so I could deal with and still try and make most of my holiday. In terms of what to expect from the hotel; please don’t expect much, the rooms won’t impress you, the food won’t impress you, they reception staff won’t impress you, nothing will. Overall you get less than what you pay for. And this place is far from luxury. I’m glad I have rented a car and didn’t expect the whole package here. Finally il explain the 2 pictures I attach: Cracked entrance door and a bag full of dirty diapers left next to the lift.
