Welcoming and Safe The staff were very friendly, they cleaned our room immediately after we would leave. The facility is kept cleaned, it feels safe and welcoming. This is our second time starting here and we are planning on staying there again when we come back.

My recent stay at Hotel María Isabel in Colima was a pleasant and comfortable experience. One of the highlights was the shower—excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, making for a refreshing and enjoyable experience. It’s a small but important detail that the hotel gets right. The on-site restaurant is a convenient option, offering a variety of dishes without the need to venture far. The outdoor patio, surrounded by lush potted greenery, adds to the charm, creating a relaxed and inviting space. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a meal or coffee while soaking in the local atmosphere and people-watching. The hotel also features a swimming pool, which appeared clean and well-maintained, though I didn’t have the chance to use it. It’s a great perk for those looking to cool off and unwind. A standout aspect of my stay was the warm and accommodating staff. The employees were kind, attentive, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel welcome. Overall, Hotel María Isabel strikes a great balance between comfort, convenience, and atmosphere. It may not be a luxury stay, but it delivers where it counts—clean accommodations, thoughtful amenities, and genuinely friendly service. Solid choice!

Good place overall, but you have to drive anywhere, not much to really do around there. Also bring your light blockers as the curtains are very thin and the hotel remains brightly lit all through the night

The staff were unfriendly, also even if you are a guest you will not be allowed to eat ypur own food (snacks, small meals) by the pool. You will get treated like a criminal for doing so!

The only thing that you need is a coffee maker in the room! The couch needs to be replaced, too old!
