Hotel Concierge Plaza Colima

This Hotel is very disorganized. It took them 2-3 hours to check us in!! The air conditioner didn’t work. They barely give you toilet paper or toiletries!! The walls were dirty (I have pictures of it)! The paint on the wall is peeling! They also charged us for a very small towel because they said it was just too dirty to wash (🤦🏽‍♀️). HORRIBLE SERVICE

Home away from home. Great staff, historical hotel and easy access to Colima’s downtown . We live in Los Angeles . We are from beautiful Colima City. Best Hotel to stay when we visit . Great restaurants on the roof top and incredible view. Decor is authentic.

I wouldn't stay in this place for anything, our stay it was horrible, we arrived got 2 rooms in the hotel, my husband and I purchased the most expensive suite in the hotel, witch they never told us it was next to the road. So we arrived in our room and the AC it was off, and it was 95 degrees outside, but inside the room, it was probably 110 degrees. So you need the key to turn all the electricity on in the room. Ok, we were frying for awhile, night comes, we go to bed, and it sounds pretty loud outside our room, we thought the noise was going to go away later when everyone went to sleep. No way that never happened it gor lauder at night Time, so we had to get up at 12:30 half sleep to change our room, the receptionist was a total lier, she told us when we arrived that it wasn't any more rooms king size, so when my husband went to get another room they showed him 2 different king size bedroom, 1st one the AC wasn't working and we stayed in the 2nd one witch smell like cigarettes super nasty, but it was a lot more quiet. They didn't really offer a good solution, next morning I got up and ask for a refund for the difference in the room, the room they put us in the end it was super small and stinky. I paid 3 times the price of a regular room, and they told me they couldn't give me anything back and they couldn't help me. I was so upset because I hardly had any sleep and the WOMEN AT THE RECEPTION ARE SUPER RUDE AND UNHELPFUL, I DON'T recommend this hotel to anyone, if you want to have a good sleep, it to laud being downtown and all the Rooms are next to the street it was a nightmare. Worst day on our vacation. And we stayed for 3 weeks in all kinds of different hotels. It is a lot of better hotels in Colima.

Hotel Manager, Regarding cancelation of Eco Tours, Manzanillo, horse show and booking of rooms and our money NOT being refunded from your hotel. Dates of March 3, 4, 5. 2022, booked by Eco Tours. There is no doubt you will have no problem in renting out our rooms. You will be being paid twice for the same room. I want my money back that was paid to you in the sum of $ 4,490.00 pesos. It was the most HORRIBLE stay ever. We called a day before from the USA to confirm our room; the room we reserved was not the one they had on the books, it would be $100 dollars additional to get a balcony. We paid. Once there, we got a balcony but facing a rooftop of a mall and not the street view we requested, they said it would be $100 dollars more. We stayed in the room. The elevator’s didn’t work, and no one to help with luggage. The A/C leaked at night and we awoke to a flooded room. They refused to move us only to have someone come and service the A/C. We decided to move and they would not return our money; they said because we paid with a credit card, how crazy is that. We called Book-It since we made our reservations through them and the hotel agreed to refund our money but only for 3 nights and not 4. What a nightmare. The shower was so dirty it has black fungus around the caulking. Behind the room courts is it was dirty and it was filthy under the bed.
